We recently enjoyed a very special dinner at Otto Düsseldorf Restaurant to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday, and I simply wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful evening.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the food was truly exceptional — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. However, what really made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from our waiter.

He went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from his thoughtful recommendations to his friendly and professional manner throughout the night. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and kindness turned our dinner into a truly memorable celebration. It’s rare to come across such service that feels both personal and sincere, and we are incredibly grateful to him for making this special occasion even more meaningful.

Poor Service & No change. Unfortunately service is inattentive and no change for 100 euro bill with reply that there is a total of 60 euro in the register. Had the grilled salmon, service is slow and food is greasier than I would've liked. Would not choose to come back for dinner even if I'm staying overnight at DUS Airport Sheraton- better off walking to Maratim Hotel for dinner! After some fair complaint they reluctantly offered to ask for cash from the front desk with a patronizing tone and great hesistance, as if I was the one in the wrong! As a customer I don't feel welcome and feel deeply offended by the attitude of the waiter who served me at this establishment, I don't have the words to explain how I'm feeling right now but it has been a long time since I finished a dinner with such disdain. Definitely not what I need after 12...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The spread was varied and fresh, offering a wide range of options to suit different tastes.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The welcome was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Habib, whose attentive and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced the experience. His professionalism and genuine care for the guests were evident, and it made the breakfast even more enjoyable.
