Very interesting place and architecture. Small niche seating places like a small celler rooms. Waiter how served us was superd. Welcoming, Patient, smiling and very helpful with choosing menue items. Flensburger dunkle was very tasty yet wasnt as dark as i hoped it will. Asparagus soup. Very well seasoned, Creamy and large portion that can be shared by two as a starter. Curry wurst, very large sausege swimming in tomato sauce and heaving curry on top with lots of fries around. Large portion and very taisty. I would prefare a more delicate sausce yet this is the dishe tbey serve. Fish plate, heaving 3 types of fish on top of fried potatoes with great seasoning. 2 fish were grulled and one was fried. Börsenkeller is a nice restaurant with a vaulted brick ceiling. The quality of the food is good, and the service is also satisfactory. I had Schollenfilet Büsum, which translates to "sole fillet from Büsum," for 26.90 EUR, a small beer for 3.50 EUR, and ketchup for 0.60 EUR, bringing the total to 31.80 EUR. Alteingesessenes Restaurant mit einem guten Ruf. Naja ...!! Waren heute dort zum ersten Mal essen. Und wohl auch das letzte Mal. Das Essen war sehr gut hat allen geschmeckt (für mich war die Soße auf dem Börsenkellertopf zu süß - aber das ist mein Geschmack). Von daher TOP Essen!!! Das Ambiente war ansprechend, entsprechend der Erwartungen, doch die Toilette (Herren) war unterirdisch! Reinigt niemand mal zwischendurch?? Beim Service hat nur eine Kellnerin die zwei Stern rausgeholt! Eigentlich KEIN Stern! Der junge Mann war KOMPLETT überfordert und hat sich nicht einmal für seinen Fehler entschuldigt (vergaß ein Gericht in der Küche zu bestellen, somit musste meine Schwiegertochter etwa 20 Minuten länger warten als alle anderen - geht GARNICHT!). Hätte er sich entschuldigt und sich mehr um uns bemüht (es war nicht viel los!), hätten wir auch Trinkgeld gegeben. Mit mehr bemüht meine ich das übliche Nachfragen ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob noch etwas gewünscht wird usw. Davon gab es NIX (außer von der einen Kellnerin ......
