Earlier before renovation, we (my husband and I) enjoyed going there, the food was delicious and everything was fine. After the renovation we went there and ordered some burgers, first the waitress and the waiter were extremely rude, rhey didn’t want to serve us and when they come nobody of them wanted to clean our table which was very dirty. The waiter sad to me when I asked him nicely to clean our table (before that I asked also the waitress she didn’t come up) honey, you picked the table yourself. That was extremely rude for me. When food arrived, it tasted awfully, the burgers were frozen and cold and blood was coming out of the flesh. At the first taste you could feel this, and we couldn’t eat anymore. I feel If i would continue eating, I would throw up. Literally. Then when my husband went there to make a Reklamation, the waiter started hitting on him and telling him how sexy he is. He said also that our burgers are fine, but they have new stuff and that we should be patient because they are still learning. That is not our problem, when we are paying 40e for two burgers only, AT least i accept for them to make it so then someone can eat those. We couldn’t. Read moreRavy, and his team (fellow wait staff, chef, bartender) are the reason we come to Harvey’s again, and again. When you come in, you see a friendly and familiar face. The contemporary design of the space helps too, I’ve seen some selfies and photos taken in and around me and hopefully, they share their experience at Harvey’s as enthusiastically as I am on doing right now. During the weekdays, young moms bring their babies and meet with their friends and fellow moms. The babies roam the restaurant (within close proximity of their moms of course) because it is also clean. The food and taste is wonderful, and consistent. I usually get the crispy chicken schnitzel and one day, it wasn’t available. But that’s when Ravy and his fellow wait staff can step in and boldly suggest other items on the menu. The relationship Harvey’s has with its customers over time, develop a trust that fosters trust and patronage. At lease from me. Read moreGreat experience with the Team today! Yesterday we spent some good time at them, eating and drinking. We continued afterward in different places in Frankfurt. When we got back home, we realized having lost the keys of our flat somewhere. This morning I made an almost desperate attempt to find my keys….and then miracle happened! The Harvey’s Team not only found and kept it but they made sure that all the Teammembers are aware, regardless the day. Therefore I could get it back today.
