We had the Miso-Paitan ramen and it was delicious. The broth is well seasoned and the size of the portion is very big. It comes with the usual ramen ingredients (i.e. soy sprouts, vegetables, etc) and pork grounded meat. It is possible to ask for extra sliced mead (pork or chicken) and egg.
For starters we had the suggestion of the day: spring rolls with soybeans and homemade Yuzu sweet chili sauce, and it was sooooo good! The chili sauce is not too spicy! Just go for it! 😋
The atmosphere is good, nicely decorated amd clean. Also the toilet is nice and it was clean.
The neighborhood is not so nice, due to the proximity of the Hauptbahnhof (main train station), but it is still ok for walking in safety.

Read moreThe ramen was good but the service was bad. One of the waiters barely spoke any German or English. We (party of two) arrived on a Saturday evening around 8pm without a reservation but after speaking to the staff they told us a table would be free after a few minutes. While I was waiting another two people came without having reservation. They spoke to another waiter and got offered a table before us. Luckily the people were nice and told the staff that we were waiting before them. Once seated the waiter completely forgot about us. He also looked very stressed running around the restaurant but at that point the place had already emptied out and wasn't too busy. Finally after about 15 minutes after managing to speak to the waiter we got to order. We ordered two bowls of ramen and a beer which never arrived. All in all a nice place but looks like the place could do with a few extra...
Read moreI had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this restaurant. My daughter, who has a disability, went to the bathroom while I was checking on some things to change her. When she tried to leave, she realized the door was broken and got trapped inside. I called the staff for help, but they told me they didn’t have a key because the door was damaged.
My daughter had to wait, scared and crying, while they called a locksmith. The locksmith took 30 minutes to arrive and open the door. To make matters worse, after this terrible experience, they charged us for the locksmith’s service. Do you really think this is fair?
A restaurant must ensure that all its facilities are in proper working order, especially in essential areas like the bathrooms. This situation was not only uncomfortable but completely...
