Me and my friends went to eat biryani and after waiting for 1 hour we got our main course served. I had ordered veg dum biryani for myself and a other friend. To our shock we saw big meat piece in our veg dum biryani. I am a pure vegetarian and I ate meat because the restaurant’s negligence. I immediately called the waiter and showed them what they had served. The restaurant staff was very ill-mannered. They just came and took the meat/veg dum biryani from our table without apologising or even a bit of shame on their faces. Later they came and told that veg dum biryani is over around 8.30 pm. Probably they were not serving veg biryani to anyone rather meat biryani and just removed meat pieces from it. And this doesn’t get over here, while paying our bill, we questioned them for the authenticity of the food and to hold them accountable for their actions but they were soo casual about it and were not even apologetic. They were talking as if we had done something wrong by bringing this matter. They even told us that “if you want to create scene then we can’t help it” and my friend was trying to talk to the other person at the billing counter for the authenticity of food and he was not even replying to us and ignoring us. And they had the audacity to bill for the veg-dum biryani that had meat pieces in it. We did not pay for the veg dum biryani and it’s replacement and just paid for everything else and left because we knew the staff did not care about the customer.
If there was an option to give 0 star I would have given that. The worst restaurant because you cannot trust what is being served to you so please double check while ordering and eating (especially if you have allergies* as the staff their doesn’t care). The worst staff and overall the service and ambience was below...
Read moreI’ve been ordering at this restaurant from last 12 months, it was good initially. However my last 5-6 orders, I had the worst food!!
27th oct, the rice of the chicken briyani was uncooked. 12th nov, the chicken in the chicken briyani was too black, may be rotten/old chicken. 19th nov, the order was for approx 80euros, the estimated time was 50-60 mins, but the took in addition 2 hrs!! When called, they just said it’s late and hung up, then the driver didn’t even apologize!! The meal was good!! 10th dec, the chicken briyani didn’t have salt at all!! Rice was half cooked!! 17th Dec, the chicken briyani was as expected which used to happen 3 months back 31st dec, veg Manchuria was not cooked well, had raw spice states, briyani rice was 70% cooked, tandoori chicken was again tasteless!!
In between I have picked the order, whenever I picked the quality or taste was good!! Once I had in-house and the taste was best!! Whenever you deliver your standard fall drastically!!
You guys had very good quality, since Jan’2023, I’ve been your regular customer because you’re the only place that serves chicken dum Briyani!! Now your quality has dropped and also your customer service is pathetic now!!
If you continue to do the same, then you will loose many customers!! Though the briyani tast is not like dum briyani in Aanjappar, but they have best customer service, so people will stop choosing your briyani and...

Their seasonal specials are an absolute chef’s kiss. I was lucky to visit during Haleem season, and let me just say—wow. Rich, perfectly spiced, and melt-in-the-mouth—this Haleem could easily compete with the best in Hyderabad. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the fresh Indian mangoes arrived. Juicy, fragrant, and served with the kind of love only found in Indian homes!
Of course, no visit to Ruchi is complete without their Hyderabadi Biryani. The aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water, and the taste? Pure magic. Each grain of rice is packed with flavor, and the meat is cooked to perfection.
The staff are incredibly warm, and the ambiance feels like a mini escape to India. Whether you’re a nostalgic desi missing home food or someone wanting to explore South Indian cuisine, Ruchi delivers an unforgettable experience every time.
Highly recommend visiting during the seasonal specials—you’ll keep going...
