I came here for the first time this week with a bunch of colleagues during lunch. It's a bit out of the way for me but since I learned that it opened it's doors I wanted to check it out. I went off lunch menu knowing I can't pop by here every other day and got myself a pho bo and some spring rolls to start with. The spring rolls were piping hot crispy delicious with some lettuce to wrap them in and this sweet and sticky dipping sauce. Tastewise top, just a bit pricey (4,20,-EUR) for two small springrolls I reckon (to be fair though it says "two" on the menu). The pho bo was great, tasty cinammony broth, lean slices of brisket and those sausage meatball pits were good too. There were a little less fresh herbs aside than I wished for but hey, there were actual fresh herbs. :) Also here, the portion wasn't massive, but really tasty stuff so who cares. Service was friendly but maybe (hopefully) due to lunch hour fairly slow and a bit chaotic. Things got forgotten multiple times and others disappeared from the table way too early. Came here with my boyfriend, after making a reservation via e-mail (and phone to be sure). All was good until our reservation couldn’t be found after we arrived.

We got asked 3 times, by 2 different staff members, if we had made a reservation, and had to move tables after we got our drink (which took 30 minutes after we ordered them…).

After ordering an appetizer and our main course, we had to wait an hour (!!!) before we could finally eat. And then we got our appetizer and main course at the same time. How inconvenient.

Also, because we had to move to a different table my boyfriend got his main course, but then it got taken away the second he wanted to start eating, and the waiter took it back to the kitchen (??..even though we said it was what we had ordered), but came back within 5 mins to hand it over to us again.

We’re very patient people but got quite irritated by the way we were treated, and the amount of time it took to get our drinks & food was utmost ridiculous.

The food here is amazing! They have vegan and vegetarian options for all the dishes as well. I had the vegan summer rice paper rolls (they were filled with veggies, rice noodles, tofu and Vietnamese basil) and it came with an exquisite smoky peanut sauce. I loved it! I also tried the girlled tofu marinated in a lemongrass ginger marinade with the jasmine rice, and enjoyed it as well. My colleagues tried the fried duck with jasmine rice, and they too loved it (they said the coating on the duck was perfectly crispy on the outside) Prices are a bit on the higher side, but definitely worthy it! (I spent around 18.5 euro for a vegetarian meal consisting of one starter, main course and non-alcoholic drink). The staff is very polite and speak English. They also accept card payment.
