very bad attitude by the people here treating tourist. Maybe bcuz i'm chinese? The person was actually a man whom i probably think maybe the boss of this outlet. I was just trying to take a picture of their menu to show my friend because in singapore we have different food choices. He just shouted across to the ordering counter where i was while he was on a sharing table, "Dont take picture please!!". I respect that but it indeed puts me off as a tourist firstly his attitude towards customers furthermore tourists. Secondly, Macdonalds is a franchise business, i dont understand why a simple picture cannot be taken, it will only to be advantage to him or them when we promote their products, unless his particular outlet has always gotten very bad comments. I love the vegetarian menu, most countries don’t have this so it was my first time having McDonalds as a vegetarian in 10+ years. It was soo tasty. I got the McPlant burger, 6 pc plant nuggets, and small fries. Was about 14€ so a bit pricy for fast food. I did have to wait in line a bit like other reviewers said. It was a very late weekday night, I maybe waited 7 minutes to order. It takes so long because the people who take your order are also the ones preparing the food. This system could be improved. was on a trip to Freiburg with my class. My friends and I were hungry and thought, why not go to McDonald's? A terrible idea. The staff were rude, disorganized, and we had to wait almost an hour. The food? Horrible, tasted old, and the portions were way too small for the price. And now comes the best part: My three friends and I got food poisoning; it was awful. Not even going to start on the toilets, top 3 worst places I ever was in my life. So, if I could, I wouldn't even give it a single star. I don't normally have anything against McDonald's, but this place is just awful. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars....
