Nami - Wok, Sushi und Bubble-Tea — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

1 Star is even so high rating for this restaurant. I and my family went there to eat at around 7pm. The two arrogant servers were so busy preparing food and taking orders. My sister in law was having problems communicating with them because they speak bad english. My friend was next to order becuase she was scared that she might not be able to understand them. So I took the order for her auf deutsch. The server can speak german but with bad accent! I am not looking down at them because I also have accent. But they were not polite and friendly. They kept yelling at us ang ignoring us. I do not even understand where it was coming from. So, I was the last person to order. His co-worker told me to wait. So I waited while he was taking others order. So after few minutes, I ask him when he will take my order. He just told me, my colleague will come in a bit. So they were finished cooking and serving. So I asked again, are you ready to take my order? Then, both the arrogant servers were telling me that I already ordered. They were so strong, angry and shouting. I do not even know if they want to take my orders or not. Or they are just provoking me. I am also ausländer but working in as a nurse and never did I do that to all my patients regardless of what race. If this message reaches out to the owner of this restaurant. Please train your employees to be at least polite and friendly to every customers! They cannot speak good german and english. Maybe at least good in serving...

Food is fine but staff were rude. We had a miscommunication when they asked me what sauce I wanted. I had ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and my wife had ordered Nudels with duck and Soy Sauce. I therefore said "sweet and sour" and the lady serving us then covered my wife's food in sweet and sour too. I understand that this was a misunderstanding, however when my wife politely said that she had wanted soy sauce, the lady raised her voice at her and told her to eat what she had been given. She was uncooperative and rude. We then spoke to the man working there and he was also initially uncooperative. While talking to him all I could hear was the woman yelling in the background. honestly im so happy with the staff of the service the noodles with chicken and vegetables box was so amazing I was genuinely overjoyed. my friends were totally obsessed with the chili oil they had served on the table, they were so in love with the chili oil to the point they were about to actually take the whole bowl of that chili oil with them and even ask them if they could give the recipe but of course they were joking but clearly they meant in a good way the staff especially the one who cooked our food was seriously so kind it made me really happy he was really polite I truly didn't experience such home like feeling in a restaurant before I truly recommend this place and I am absolutely...
