Weber's Weinstube — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

I love this place, the food is sooo delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I eventually dined here three times on the same week! I was visiting Freiburg for work, and every time i came, I was absolutely delighted with the quality of food and a warm welcome. The restaurant is super cozy, not too loud even on Saturday night (even though it was completely full). We needed a late evening dinner because we were hungry. We were at our Dorint hotel just outside Freiburg and we ordered our food from there, asking for some local delicatessen, because the kitchen was about to close. They were very nice to accept our our and prepare the food, so when we arrived it was already to eat. We enjoyed a noodle soup with meat, a wonderful huge mixed salad with delicious dressing and a great local style Schnitzel, potatoes aside. Everything good at...

Nice place, but the service is way too slow (although, at least, they were kind). We waited for 30 minutes for ordering a glass of wine although we were sitting in front of the counter, due to the highly misorganized work environment (e.g., nobody preparing the drinks, but each one taking orders, preparing drinks, bringing plates, etc).
