Do you call it a döner? I am just curious, do you really call it a döner? It was supposed to be here at least in 65 minutes! It came at least 80 minutes later looking like this! It’s even not good enough for the trash bin!! When we called to ask where is our order, the guy said wait a little more, I am alone and my boss is not here! Did your boss forget to teach you how to make döner?

Yesterday I placed a pick up order trough lieferando.de. As I showed up at the chosen pick up time, the pizza Funghi with additional onions was not even prepared or in the oven yet. I still had to wait for another 20 minutes. In terms of taste, the pizza would certainly not have won a prize. No place to reorder.

Dönerteller kam mit Pommes statt Reis, Joghurtsoße war einfach nur klumpiger Joghurt ohne irgendwas und das Fleisch war eine voll Katastrophe. Kein Dönerfleisch, sondern fertige Hähnchenstreifen, wie man sie im Supermarkt kaufen kann aus der Plastikpackung. Zum krönenden Abschluss fehlte natürlich auch noch unsere Cola. Wir verstehen nicht wie man guten Gewissens so etwas verkaufen kann und dann noch für den Preis… nie wieder!!!

Per Lieferando wie gewöhnlich bestellt. War ja nicht die erste Bestellung dort. Plötzlich ist der Weg zu Weit und die Lieferung wird telefonisch verweigert. Na ja, dann bestellt man halt wo anders, so einfach ist das. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich das Geld über Klarna zurück bekomme.

Edit: Einfache Fahrt 4,2 km, darum bestellt man ja. Na ja egal. Edit 2: Die Rücküberweisung der nicht gelieferten Lieferung vom 02.05.2023 ist noch nicht erfolgt. Stand: 11.05.2023 Edit 3: Die Rücküberweisung ist immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Stand: 19.05.2023 Edit 4: Die Rücküberweisung ist immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Stand: 30.05.2023 Edit 5: Chili Döner kann sich auf Nachfrage an keine Bestellung erinnern und Lieferando ist nun informiert....
