AIKO Sushibar - Hot Wok — Restaurant in Fulda

Today we arrived at AIKO around 16:00-16:30 and were very dissatisfied. We usually go there often because the food is delicious, but the service staff is awful. We came without a reservation and asked if there were any available seats. Initially, we were ignored, and for about 5-10 minutes, we just stood waiting for a waiter to inquire about available seats. After 10 minutes, someone finally approached us and gave us a table reserved from 17:30, meaning we had only an hour to eat. We asked if there were other tables available, as there was another identical table for two nearby, but it was free until 18:30. They told us to "sit where you have been showed," and the waiter left. Ich hatte heute Essen zum abholen bestellt. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass unsere Bestellung offensichtlich vergessen wurde und wir vor Ort nochmal ca 15 min warten mussten, war das Essen eine absolute Frechheit. Ich hatte einmal gebratene Nudeln mit Entenfleisch, einen Avocadosalat und gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnerbrust. Der Avocadosalat war das einzige was gut war. Bei den gebratenen Nudeln mit Entenfleisch war nur eine !!!halbe!!! Entenbrust dabei, was für den Preis von 13,50€ ein absolutes Armutszeugnis ist. Bei der Hähnchenbrust war das vierfache an Fleisch dabei. Auch unglaublich, dass in den gebratenen Nudeln weder Ei noch Gemüse war.

Außerdem hatte ich extra Erdnusssauce bestellt. Die Sauce war in einem unglaublich großen Behältnis, als ich den Deckel abgenommen hatte, musste ich zu meinem Erstaunen feststellen, dass das Behältnis noch nicht einmal zu 3/4 voll mit Sauce war. Ich bin einfach stinksauer. Schaut sich das Essen denn niemand an, bevor es die Küche verlässt?! Dafür brauche ich keine 35€ auszugeben!!!! Wenn ich nicht 20km weit weg wohnen würde, hätte ich euch diese Zumutung an Essen wieder zurück gebracht. Das war das letzte mal, dass ich bei euch „Essen“ bestellt habe. Sushi here is at a great location for anyone who's just finished shopping off of the main strip or wanting something on the go. Great selection of classic sushis here including mango sushi as well as steamy hot dishes. Lots of nature lighting and window seating for those who wish to stay and enjoy.
