Saffron Indischen Spezialitäten Restaurant — Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Ok so here is what happened , we had made a reservation for dinner at 7:00 pm and we reached on time . Then we started ordering foods and confirmed twice that we are pure vegetarians . We were a family of 11 and we were very hungry as we had been visiting places as tourists the whole day . We had very high expectations but we were led down when they took 1 hour to get our food (only starter ) and that was still acceptable . But what really got us mad was when they got our order wrong !! We got things that we didn’t order and were forced to finish them !! And worst of all the veg biryani that we ordered was with chicken pieces that one of my family members chewed on . The owner lied about there being chicken inside the veg biryani even thought there clearly was . He realised his mistake reluctantly and refused when we asked for a refund !! Plus we were charger extra for water and food was salty and disgusting ! Like honestly I think I might just get sick tonight !! I do understand that non veg plays s big role in indian cuisine but being told that we are pure veg twice does not make up for this mistake !! So if anyone plans to fine here plz think twice because we got out of the restaurant at 8:40pm . Hope they make...

Worst Indian restaurant I visited in so many years in Germany. They don't deserve any star in any category. I am feeling very bad that being an Indian writing a extreme bad review for an Indian restaurant. Service , staff , atmosphere, food no value for money & for ppl..no class for food they r seelling on the name of Indian food..daal tadka was tasting like egg omlet , tomato shorba was canned arabiata added with water and little bit cream naan was completely uncooked veg biriani was better to say big carrot chunks biriani.. Staff was taking or acting like billionaire..like they don't need ppl..ppl are dying for them...to much arrogance attitude...of what don't know.. Please guys value ur money ..don't waste it on such pathetic place... We made a big mistake that after seeing and experiencing all were continuing there and had dinner with mosquitos.but plz dont repeat it..garnish is a beautiful with much better food cleanliness ppl . U shld write a review and read it carefully b4 visiting any restaurant..

Chat ko bhaut ghamand tha chat hone ka, Ek manzil aur bani, Aur chat farsh ho gayi I will not recommend any thing to eat there...though u have a coupon book..or even get...

The food here was average, nothing particularly impressive. What really ruined the experience, though, was the behavior of one of the waiters. He appeared to be an older South Asian gentleman, he is clearly very rude to other asian customers while being asian himself. Strangely and disappointingly, he treated fellow Asians with noticeable rudeness and disinterest, while repeatedly attending almost excessively to guests of a particular racial background.

It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating to witness such biased service — especially at a place that caters to tourists. Hospitality should be equal for everyone, regardless of race or background. Seeing such behavior from an elder was not only unprofessional but also very off-putting. I would not recommend this place based on this...
