All you can eat ribs is a joke!
Service was extremely slow, and we waited 45 minutes for our first batch of ribs. We had also ordered fries, but they didn’t come. So we asked and the waiter brought them out instantly. This must mean they have been ready for some time but not served. They were still relatively hot though.
When you order ribs, they have different flavors. You are only allowed to order one batch per person at a time. Okay, that sounds fair, but the portions are tiny (see photo) and we ate them in 2 minutes. Furthermore, it takes around 25 minutes for them to cook your next tiny portion, and you’re first allowed to order a new batch when your order has been served. If you wanna get full from the all you can eat ribs, dedicate at least two hours and a lot of patience.
I work with pork meat for a living and I know you can’t expect Creme de la Creme at a free flow restaurant, but these ribs were of the absolute lowest quality! Very tiny, very little meat. Looked like a cheap cut-off by-product of ribs to me. The meat was very dry, and the marinades didn’t taste good.

Read moreI'd recommend to avoid eating at the Down Under restaurant. Full venue does not excuse bad service, clueless personnel and very aggressive supervisor. Food still didn't arrive after 3 reminders and 1h40min, everyone else at the table was long done at that time. They also messed up several other orders, one burger still wasn't right after being redone 3 times (sic!). The shift supervisor(?) got very angry and started to argue with me aggressively, when I said that I was leaving and did not want to pay, neither for the food that never arrived, nor for the beer. The beer was short of the filling mark and while it went stale waiting, I had finished it. Apparently the supervisor in the end thought, that the waiting staff were not to blame for anything and apparently I was supposed to be only upset at the kitchen, who supposedly (I suspect otherwise) screwed this up. Well, I can't go into the kitchen and tell them what I think, can I? He was very loud and aggressive and only towards the very end of the conversation a bit deescalating. It was very busy and chaotic and we expected a long wait thus. I ordered the unlimited chicken wings and pointed it out.
When the food finally arrived after 45 mins, I was brought unlimited spare ribs. I pointed it out to the waitress that I had the chicken wings and she said ‘No you didn’t’
With no point in arguing after being accused of lying about my own order - I accepted the (incorrect) order of spare ribs.
Never was I offered a new portion of UNLIMITED ribs - no one came to check on us after being served only once. My friend also didn’t receive the correct order (got normal fries instead of sweet potato fries)
So I paid an expensive price for unlimited (incorrect order) ribs with no refill, only had the first small portion as we were never checked on. With the long wait, being given the wrong order and when I complained about it being told I lied about it - their hospitality defo is very ‘down under’.
