There was no entry fee but you can donate to the friends of the botanical garden if you like. It is well kept and a nice splash of lush green in a busy city. On this 12 degree Celsius November day it was nice to enjoy the tropics for a few moments. In winter you can put the jacket into the locker but i'd recommend you keep something like a pullover on you as not all parts of the round tour go through tropic parts

Awesome, really interesting full with a large variety plant types from different biomes , spaced out in each own separate sphere. Feels like Jurassic park and with little imagination you can make interesting for your kids if they like dinosaurs , just be careful with the cacti. Free entrance , fun educational.

We went through different rooms that accommodate various kinds of plants from the world. From ferns to cactus. From tropical to temperate zone. The locker service by the entrance is really sweet. If you are a tourist who haven’t checked in yet, why not give this botanic garden a try?

Worth a visit if you are in the area. Entry is free and you can combine with a visit to Planten un Blomen. Contains a wide range of plants across 4 different greenhouses. No information in English but there are lots of plants to see so its fun to look around. Greenhouses look a bit old but doesn't...
