This is a 5 star rating for the very friendly customer service. I had asked for a certain kind of coffee. When I got it it was rather watery probably because of some error in the machine setting. Without any complaint the worker behind the counter made a new one. When he came over later and asked if it is was ok, I said, still not. He offered to add a double espresso to my existing coffee free of charge. Later he also brought over a cookie and the manager came to see what the issue was and we had a friendly discussion about the machine settings. The food was on the level of other german backeries, but the friendly service surpassed them by far. Certainly a good stop for a quick morning coffee...

Excellent selection of sandwiches and fresh fruit. The staff were attentive and all of them that I interacted with across several visits spoke great english.

My highlight was the staff member checking that the pineapple pot I purchased was okay, prompting me to check that it was fresh and no bruised pieces etc.

Little touches like this, alongside excellent, sandwiches, bagels, and wraps, leads this to a five...

Franzbrötchen eine absolute Katastrophe. Wann wird das Produkt endlich als geschützte Marke nur noch von ordentlichen Handwerksbäckern gebacken wie Aachener Printen oder Nürnberger Lebkuchen.

Ich bin normalerweise sehr umgänglicher Mensch der diplomatisch schreibt. Ich schreibe nicht sehr oft Krtiken, aber was ich heute gegessen habe, war einfach nur „ DRECK“. Ein schlecht gebackenes Franzbrötchen, mit miserablem Geschmack. Ich wußte gar nicht dass man so verheerend backen kann. Es eine absolute Frechheit Kunden so eine Backware zu verkaufen.

Ich bin auch erzogen worden alles leer zu essen. Das habe ich mir heute verkniffen. Ich habe 2/3 Ihrer Backware weg geworfen weil es einfach ungenießbar war. Ein weiches, matschiges, scheinbar nicht richtig durchgebackenes Franzbrötchen. Aber auch die Zutaten scheinen nicht von besonderer Güte zu sein. Die Butter scheint hier noch nicht mal sichtbar am Teig marschiert zu sein. Und dafür auch noch 1,30€ zu nehmen ist...
