loved the burgers and the pommes and specially the hot garlic sauce. the onion rings, however, could use some work. the onions inside were not soft but still quite okay. had the mushroom burger which was really nice but mushrooms usually are caramelized with some onions so that was missing a bit. but having said ALL that, it was a delicious meal. my friend and i enjoyed it and would definitely return.

Der Hype ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Burger war nur ok, aber immerhin waren die Fritten super. Das Schlimmste war das Ambiente. Ich war der einzige Kunde und die zwei Mitarbeiter hörten Musik so laut, dass ich den Kassierer akustisch schlecht verstehen konnte. Darauf angesprochen, dass es an der Musik lag, sagte er nur „sorry“ aber drehte die Musik nicht leiser. Ich habe mein Essen als Menu bestellt und bekam das Getränk nicht angeboten, also musste ich extra fragen, ob ich mein Getränk selbst nehmen darf. Das mit der lauten Musik ging auch weiter bis ein zweiter Kunde reinkam. Sehr ungemütlich das Ganze.

Sebagai pelanggan setia, aku bisa bilang Burger Heroes Altona ini udah jadi tempat wajib kalau lagi pengen burger yang bener-bener nendang. Dari pertama coba sampai sekarang, rasanya konsisten juara.

Favoritku dua ini:

Chili Cheeseburger – pedasnya pas, keju meleleh sempurna, dan patty-nya juicy banget.

Fried Chicken Burger – crispy luar dalam, bumbunya meresap, nggak kalah nagih.

Menu mereka simpel tapi semuanya solid. Saus homemade-nya (Hero Sauce & Chili Cheese) bikin tiap gigitan selalu ada “wow”-nya.

Tempatnya memang nggak besar, jadi aku sering ambil take-away. Tapi stafnya ramah, cepat, dan hafal pesanan kalau aku datang—tanda nyata kalau udah jadi pelanggan tetap.

Buat yang nyari burger berkualitas di Altona, ini sih udah nggak usah...

Der Burger in diesem Laden ist einfach unglaublich! Jeder Biss ist ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis – das saftige, perfekt gegrillte Fleisch zergeht förmlich auf der Zunge. Die Kombination der frischen Zutaten, vom knackigen Salat bis hin zu den aromatischen Saucen, harmoniert wunderbar miteinander. Das Brötchen ist außen leicht knusprig und innen fluffig, was den Burger perfekt abrundet. Jeder Bissen ist einfach pure Freude für den Gaumen!

Der Service ist ebenfalls top: superfreundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und die Wartezeiten sind angenehm kurz. Definitiv einer der besten Burgerläden...
