Café Karl, Günter und Marie — Restaurant in Hamburg

Good advice: please book a table😌The breakfast was delicious, the service was good, but the “custumer care” was a bit disappointing😞We made a mistake and did not book a table in advance on Sunday morning. At arrival,only 2 tables were occupied and we got the one between these 2 until 10:45,the others were booked only from 11:00 and not so close to the other guests,logisticwise not the smartest solution. They asked us to leave at 10:45,we were allowed to sit outside on the empty terrace for a short time and when we left after 30 min,our previous table was still empty..🤷🏻‍♀️how understands?it is a nice place,but we will...

Owner is too rude, I went there with my girlfriend who is pregnant. And there was a confusion with the menu, a missing tomato, the waitress said she could get it, and the owner said no there are just this options as breakfast, we did not insist on such a small thing. But certainly we will not come back with this...

Erstes und letztes Mal!

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Haben uns für das klassische Frühstück „Günter“ entschieden. Die Zutaten sowie 1 Aufbackbrötchen (zumindest hat es so geschmeckt) und zwei Scheiben Brot waren die 12,90€ definitiv nicht Wert. Da eine kleine Portion Butter leider nicht ausreichend war, haben wir um einen kleinen Naschschub gebeten. Das kleine „zusätzliche“ Schälchen Butter wurde uns dann mit 1€ berechnet. Sehr frech!

Bei einem Latte für 3,90€ auch noch 0,70€ Aufschlag für Hafermilch nehmen?!

Hier sorgt die gesamte Preisgestaltung leider für kein schönes Gasterlebnis.

Zudem hat das Café eine fürchterliche Raumakustik. Es war unglaublich laut. Zum Frühstück also definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!Im Umkreis gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Service war freundlich und schnell. Kleiner Tipp: bei Gästen mit Hund bietet man in der Regel einen kleinen Napf...
