Café par ici — Restaurant in Hamburg

Rude service. Ordered 2 Cofees and 1 cake. Waited 30 minutes to find out that the order was forgotten or lost... despite the fact that the Cafe was half ful, the tables were set super narrow, so i moved a table. So after waiting 30 minutes i went to ask about the order, then it was delivered 5 minutes later, but insteaf of apology i was instructed in super harsh harsh tone that it is "Verboten" to move tables and i have to immediately move it back to its original place. Its ok to tell someone that moving tables is not desired, but there are many ways, far mor charming and appropriate for customers who a) waited for a cofee for almost 40 minutes, and b) are customers who can not know that moving a table 1 meter away is a federal crime. Will never ever buy anything there, as its simply unbelievable, that in such competitive space people don't have the very basic understanding of customer service and respect. For me not "par...

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this cafe! It's a place that clearly has no regard for its customers. The service is not just bad; it's super rude and arrogantly condescending. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a super harsh tone. The instructions on where to sit were given in a condescending manner and, absurdly, in French. It's evident that the so-called manager lacks even the most basic understanding of customer service and respect. This cafe is a prime example of an establishment that fails miserably to grasp the fundamental principles of customer service. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Needless to say, I won't be setting foot in this place ever again, and I'll actively discourage all my friends in Hamburg from making the same mistake. There are plenty of other cafes in the area that actually value their customers. Avoid this one...

First time we came.. it was soo perfect!! The woman who took the order was super nice, she spopke english and told us about their amazing truffels… and was super friendly. Today we have come there for the second time.. and the women at the cashdesk (around 40, with glasses and pigtails) was so RUDE and absolutely unfriendly. She didn’t want even to try and understand english.. even thought a women next to me translated everything for her. I haven’t finished my order and she already gave me a terminal to pay.. . And when I said that I haven’t finished my order yet and want a bottle of water, she just waved at me with her hand like “next one, please”. It was such a bad experience… Which is such a shame because this place is very nice and other women from stuff were...
