I went to dinner there tonight because it was close to the hotel I’m staying at. When I entered, I waited to be seated, but the waiter simply said, “Yes, well it’s open, just go and sit.” There was no welcome, no greeting, and no assistance to a table.

I chose a table that hadn't been cleaned and waited about 10 minutes before another waiter came. He didn’t greet me or offer a drink; he just handed me a menu that was on a chair next to me. It was in German, so I had to ask for one in English. The table was still not cleaned, with a plate and drinks left from the previous customer.

When the waiter returned, he still didn't smile and answered my questions with curt “yes” responses. It took him around 20 minutes to finally clean the table, and he didn’t apologize for the delay.

The food wasn’t great either. The fries were kind of cold, the chicken was like long chicken nuggets, and the salad wasn’t fresh.

I waited about 10 minutes after asking for the check.

Overall, it was a really disappointing experience at a restaurant where you can clearly feel unwelcome. I will never go back and do not recommend...

Unsere Servicekraft Karima war unglaublich unmotiviert. Wir wurden an einen Tisch gesetzt, der noch nicht abgeräumt und abgewischt war. Dies wurde er auch ein paar Minuten danach nicht. Ihre Art war sehr herablassend und unprofessionell. Ich wollte gern eine kleine Cola trinken, sie sagte nur, dass sie nur noch große hätten, da es am Wochenende sehr voll war. Mich interessiert es nicht, ob es am Wochenende voll war. Meine Freundin bestellte die Chickencrossies, die kurz danach auch von einem Herren gebracht wurden und sagte zu uns, dass er mal nachschauen würde was mit dem Rest sei. Leider kam er nicht wieder. Der Rest der Bestellung kam dann 2, 3 Minuten später.. Aber ohne Kommunikation. Essen war nicht berauschend und teilweise kalt. Leider wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles okay sei und ob es schmeckt. Währenddessen verteilte eine kleine Kellnerin draußen Kerzen auf den Tischen. Der Anblick nach draußen war überhaupt nicht einladend. Tische standen kreuz und quer, Aschenbecher standen auf Stühlen, Decken wurden nicht wieder zusammengelegt. Wir wollten dann Dessert bestellen, die Hälfte gab es nicht. Als Antwort bekam ich, es ist fast alles aus. Sag mir doch einfach was du willst, dann kann ich dir sagen, ob wir es haben oder nicht. Meine Freundin bestellte Kaiserschmarrn. Ich sagte zu ihr, dass ich dann nochmal schauen würde, da ich gern die Crêpes gegessen hätte. Ich habe mich dann für den Lavacake entschieden, der übrigens sehr alt schmeckte. Wir gingen eine rauchen, kurz darauf wurde dann schon der Kaiserschmarrn gebracht. Ich hab sie gefragt, wo denn der Lavacake sei. Sie sagte, der wurde ja später bestellt.. Nein, eigentlich nicht. Ich wollte lediglich nochmal schauen und wollte mit meiner Freundin zusammen essen. Kurz darauf brachte sie den Lavacake mit dem Spruch, ich hoffe der Kaiserschmarrn ist jetzt nicht eingefroren. Beim Bezahlen haben wir einen Fehler auf der Rechnung entdeckt, es wurde ein Dip zu viel abgerechnet. Unsere Begleitung hatte die Nachos mit 2 Dips inklusive, sie hat 2 gewählt, es wurden aber 3 gebracht. Sie fing an mit uns zu diskutieren im Gastraum vor anderen Gästen, da unsere Begleitung ja 3 Dips bestellt hatte und sie ja dabei gewesen ist und es ja so ganz genau sagen kann. Am Ende gab sie uns den Euro zurück mit dem Kommentar, dass wir jetzt abzischen sollen. Ein "armselig" kam noch hinterher. Nie wieder!
