Comebuy — Restaurant in Hamburg

Being on your phone when there's no customers is fine but to roll your eyes when someones comes inside is not, might've as well left right away which I eventually did when staff got rude after I kindly asked them to speak up a little since I couldn't understand them due to the volume. Annoyed, rude response when I asked something just in case, since apparently their tapioca is only available after a certain time (which wasn't always the case). After that I just left and every time I end up visiting, I feel wildly uncomfortable and the shop has, incident aside, lost a lot of its friendly, inviting atmosphere and cleanliness. Incredibly disappointing...

That moment there was no tapioca, the waitress said there's no tapioca anymore but we saw in 2 minutes the other customers got their bubble tea with tepioka. She should have just explained that that moment there was not and checked with the kitchen how long it will take, then we will probably consider to wait or not. But her solution and attitude was not that friendly and patient. And she got her excuse that the people in the kitchen were still in training process instead of saying sorry about wrong explanation. THEY CLOSED AT 7:45 PM! got 2 bubbles tea few days ago and it took pretty long for them to make and the lid was leaking some tea but it tastes pretty good, today came back at exact 7:45pm and they said they are CLOSED!!! i meant if you guys close/stop making more bobas and start closing, then put it on the here that close at 7:45PM EXACTLY please don’t waste other people time by putting 8PM and they had to speed walking to here and still 15 minutes left until closing, you guys should change the time to avoid customers come...
