Being on your phone when there's no customers is fine but to roll your eyes when someones comes inside is not, might've as well left right away which I eventually did when staff got rude after I kindly asked them to speak up a little since I couldn't understand them due to the volume. Annoyed, rude response when I asked something just in case, since apparently their tapioca is only available after a certain time (which wasn't always the case). After that I just left and every time I end up visiting, I feel wildly uncomfortable and the shop has, incident aside, lost a lot of its friendly, inviting atmosphere and cleanliness. She should have just explained that that moment there was not and checked with the kitchen how long it will take, then we will probably consider to wait or not.
