I would give zero if I could!!

The food was literally terrible. As you can see in the picture, beef patty quality was very low, on the level of McDonald’s quality, maybe 20% beef and the rest are crap. That’s why it tasted a lot of garlic and spices too. Patty was thin and very dry as can be seen. Some part of lettuce inside the burger was rotten. It was a grilled Mushroom burger and as can be seen in photo there were only 3 mushrooms. I asked if it’s possible to change truffle cream with some chilli cream and first he said yes but later he realised it’s not possible which is fine. He however suggested to have jalapeños inside which seems reasonable. At the end I noticed they charged me for it! The portion was small, I was not very hungry and I was there for lunch but after my visit I still feel hungry and guilty for having such a crappy meal.

The service was very slow, for ordering, receiving order and payment. I would never go back and I would also alert my friends...

Hit up Peter Pane in Hamburg, ready to chow down on some burgers with high hopes. Ended up with a pair of burgers that left us feeling a bit meh – like when you're hyped for a movie, and it turns out just alright. The meat was on the Sahara side of dry, and the cheese? Let's just say it had more in common with fast food joints than gourmet grub. Salad was like a cameo appearance – there one moment, gone the next.

Shoutout to NeoTaste for the hookup, though. Only paid half, which kinda eased the pain. If we'd dropped full price, might've been a different story. Service and vibes were solid, at least. The staff didn't blink an eye at our baby and stroller setup, making us feel right at home.

So, if you're cruising through Hamburg with a deal in your pocket and not too picky about your burger being a juice fest, Peter Pane's atmosphere and service might just make up for the culinary...

Cost and Food Quality: BAD! I ordered an Angus meat patty burger, but the meat it was 100% previously frozen and didn't taste that good, it was hard. The fries were mushy and not crunchy at all, and had a poor consistency. The sauces tasted very artificial. Considering the high price, you can definitely get a real burger in Hamburg for that amount!

Service: The staff that served me probably didn't speak good German and brought me the wrong burger, which was €2/3 more expensive than what I ordered. I accepted it to avoid wasting food, but they preferred to trash the wrong burger and make a new one, cuz of the price difference. This caused an additional wait time, and my friend had already finished eating by the time my burger arrived. The service is lacking when it comes to packing orders.
