Elisa - Konditorei und Café — Restaurant in Hamburg

Awful experience, endless waiting time, rude and arrogant chef. We waited over 25 min for three coffees and two cakes. We decided to order two more cakes and after 20 min of waiting, I went over at the bar to ask about the status of our order and I had the bad luck of being confronted by the arrogant, rude and not professional chef, who then decided to refuse serving us at all. I will never come back in this place and I hope more clients decide to spent their money and time...

100% recommendation. The coffee is perfect the breakfast is not the usual one you know from other places and the portions are good for the amount of money. The special ate the cakes.all handmade and I could eat a whole cake for myself not only a slice. It's perfect. Thank you so much for the experience.

4 stars for Ambiente but that's just my personal thing. Too much families with babies or toddlers there.
