We had to wait for more than half an hour while other people who came after us were already seated just because they are friends of the waitresses. That is disrespectful. Then we found out that there was buffet breakfast. We were told that we still have one hour to eat. In fact half one hour after all the good options were already gone. So we couldn’t get the cakes we wanted as we planned to do it after we are done with the starters. The food options were not impressive at all. As if they provided cheap alternatives of what they will normally serve. Coffee was made out of powder, juice wasn’t fresh. For 25 euros per person we paid it’s better just order something from their menu or from somewhere else. At least it might be of a better quality. We had a truly cozy and authentic Turkish dining experience this past Sunday, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the perfect tone for the evening.

A special shoutout to our waiter, Ugi, who was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made us feel right at home and added a personal touch to our meal that made the experience even more memorable. Also, he taught me what is kolay gelsin in Turkish he was so friendly guy.

I ordered the İskender kebab, and it was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and served with freshly baked bread that was still warm from the oven. Every bite was a delight.

Türkischer Brunch am Sonntag bei Pamukkale - es war wirklich fantastisch! Preis pro Person (stand 1. Juni 2025) 25,90 € pro Person. Auf Nachfrage seit wann es nicht mehr 24,90 € pro Person sind wurde mir gesagt dass der Preis sich vor kurzem erhöht hätte. Schade um die kleine Erhöhung - aber das war es trotzdem absolut wert in meinen Augen! Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und zu meinem Tisch begleitet. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter egal ob Service oder Küche waren durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen wurde stets nachgefüllt und es gab eine sehr große & umfangreiche Auswahl. Leider konnte ich keine Informationen/Beschriftungen zu den Speisen finden aber auf Nachfrage wurde alles erklärt. Ich fand es war alles hervorragend zubereitet und zudem hat es mir auch wirklich ganz hervorragend geschmeckt. Meine Highlights waren ein ganz spezieller Dip/Creme (sah aus wie Thunfischcreme) und natürlich die frisch und live zubereiteten Gözleme (ein absoluter Traum – habe noch nie bessere gegessen) sowie die köstlichen Desserts! Es gab zudem Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft und Eistee (dieser war mein Favorit bei den Getränken) zum selbst zapfen. Es war zwar relativ voll und ein wenig laut und ein bisschen eng aber alles noch im Rahmen. Bei diesem Restaurant ist es am Wochenende anscheinend auch sehr schwierig ohne vorherige Reservierung zügig einen Tisch zu bekommen. Alles in allem würde ich schon alleine für die köstlichen Gözleme und die leckeren Desserts die knapp 300 km erneut auf mich nehmen.
