Reasonable priced food, although a lot of comveniece fare that's not really fresh. Not much love or creativity went into unfreezing amd steam heating components. Quality is medium accordingly for my tastes. Especially the steak meat quality is mediocre and for a restaurant somewhat below expectations on the priciest meals. Hence I gave it a 3 rating. It will meet an average taste well.
Service is friendly and positive. It can sometimes be chaotic depending on seniority. The place cares for its reputation though. It will try hard to make good on any shortfalls. This is a 3 for me in meeting average expectations. Waiters are hard to find and the place wasserving medium sized groups fast in an 70-80% full situation.
Ambience is well designed and the lighting is good. From my personal taste it is trying to look vintage but really isn't. It lacks distinguishing artwork that makes it memorable or unique. It feels very comfortable and ambuence is probably the best aspect of the place. It is well suited to accomodated medium sized groups of aroung 6-12 people.
What works reasonably priced for groups doesn't work for a romantic dinmer though as it is large and often crowded.
The veggie & vegan and multiple cultural cusine options make it very agreeable upon for groups.

Three stars I give only because of the food. It was tasty and quickly served. Price of it was also reasonable. But I am disappointed with the unprofessional staff. They didn't allow me to read the menu in peace, instead they were very impatient and came to the table three times and I was a bit irritated. Later my friend ordered one more drink and the waitress brought me one more drink too, despite my friend said one drink only for herself. I paid 11€ more for the drink that I didn't even order. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse!
Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Restaurant Amadeus in der Fuhlsbüttler Straße in Hamburg zu besuchen und ich kann es kaum in Worte fassen, wie begeistert ich von meiner Erfahrung dort bin!
Die Atmosphäre im Amadeus ist einfach wunderbar. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die herzliche und einladende Stimmung. Das Ambiente ist elegant und dennoch gemütlich, perfekt für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder einem romantischen Dinner zu zweit.
Was mich jedoch am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Geschwindigkeit der Küche. Die Gerichte wurden in Rekordzeit zubereitet und dennoch hat die Qualität in keiner Weise darunter gelitten. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und einfach köstlich. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss für die Sinne!
Die Portionen im Amadeus sind großzügig bemessen, sodass man definitiv mit einem zufriedenen Magen nach Hause geht. Man bekommt hier wirklich viel für sein Geld und das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich.
Die Vielfalt der Speisekarte ist beeindruckend. Egal ob man Fleischliebhaber, Vegetarier oder Veganer ist, im Amadeus findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Die Kreativität und Raffinesse, mit der die Gerichte zubereitet werden, ist einfach fantastisch.
Das Personal im Amadeus verdient ebenfalls eine besondere Erwähnung. Sie sind äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und umsorgt.
Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant Amadeus in der Fuhlsbüttler Straße in Hamburg uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann und an dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
