Burger Brothers Hannover — Restaurant in Hanover

Probably the worst meal and service of my entire life.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant yesterday. We ordered two menu meals, but after waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving anything, we had to ask about our order. They admitted they had "lost" it. We had to repeat our order three times, and then waited an additional 15 minutes only to receive the wrong food.

The buns were swapped compared to what we ordered, one patty was raw (cold and completely uncooked), and the fries were burnt beyond recognition. When we complained, the staff—clearly inexperienced, untrained, and unprofessional—did absolutely nothing to address the situation. The least they could have done was offer the meal as compensation, but nothing was offered.

After all the waiting, we were in such a rush to catch our movie that we didn’t have time to argue further. We ate this barely edible meal in five minutes just to not waste more of...

First time here thanks to Google maps and the good reviews...the place is big enough and there was place enough for the 5 of us...we could sit in private if we wanted or the extreme friendly and helpful personal would bring us an extra chair or push 2 tables together...extreme helpful people with absolute positive energy...you have to order your food at the main order desk but that isn't a problem in my opinion..you won't have to wait long and it absolutely didn't disappoint...chickenburger or hamburger or or it was excellent...fries were good and warm everything tasted good..I can say absolutely nothing bad about these people and their biz...International and national visitors go there..just punch it in your Google maps and eat some good burger in Hannover its a short walk from Hbf Hannover Central Station you won't be...

Die Brötchen sind frisch und fluffig, das Fleisch ist saftig und perfekt gegrillt, und die Beilagen sind köstlich.
