I got the chicken fillets which comes unseasoned and you can buy a spice packet that’s for your liking with it. If you like spicy food but you still want to taste the perfectly made chicken I recommend the LvL 5 spice packet the Korean spice it has awesome flavors not too spicy and it goes well with the chicken LvL 6 the jalapeño one is a bit more spicy tho nothing crazy a bit less flavor but still really good and enjoyable. The Blue habanero is the strongest and most spicy one it’s also surprisingly flavorful. However if you don’t like or just can’t handle spicy food they still got you covered the garlic cheese packet (lvl1) is crazy flavorful best one on the menu in my opinion. The staff are also really nice and helpful they even speak English which is surprisingly rare in Germany. If I can give you one advice is that to not trust the chips they sell I was easily handling the strongest spice packs with no issue however the spiciest chips brought me to tears faster than any movie ever did it also made me cough so hard I would’ve gave a Covid patient a run for his money. Die Bestellung am Automaten ist mühselig – wir haben sie abgebrochen. Entweder stürzen die Automaten ab oder am Ende ist der Zahlungsvorgang nicht möglich. Wir haben uns dann am Tresen für die Filets (9 Stück) im Menü mit Pommes und einem Getränk entschieden. Preis: etwas über 20 Euro – komplett übertrieben, aber wir dachten noch, dass wir dafür tolle Qualität bekommen würden.

Das Essen selbst ist nichts Besonderes. Das Hähnchen ist extrem trocken und schmeckt alt, obwohl es frisch zubereitet wurde (wir konnten zusehen). Irgendetwas an deren Zubereitungsprozess sorgt dafür, dass die Hähnchenteile trotzdem direkt trocken und pappig schmecken und unbedingt mit einer Soße gegessen werden müssen.

Geschmacklich war das Ganze auf dem Niveau sehr günstiger TK-Hähnchen-Nuggets – nur eben super trocken und pappig.

Die Pommes waren ebenfalls kein Highlight. Außen zwar sehr knusprig – vermutlich doppelt frittiert –, innen allerdings ziemlich mehlig und für meinen Geschmack zu dick.

Ich kann schon verstehen, warum einen die Neugier dazu bringt, hier mal 20 Euro zu investieren, um es auszuprobieren. Aber ich sehe absolut nicht, wie jemand diesen Laden freiwillig ein zweites Mal betritt. Dementsprechend leer war es übrigens auch: An einem Donnerstagabend zur besten Dinner-Zeit waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Laden. Ich sage dem Laden – zumindest in Hannover – keine rosige...

Tried Loco Chicken and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. The chicken didn’t taste good at all—kind of bland—and for what you pay, it’s seriously overpriced.

I also got a shake and that was a big no… it was warm, mostly just whipped cream, and had a weird taste. Definitely not what I expected.
