Restaurant Platia — Restaurant in Hanover

Food was good and the behaviour of the person who was serving us was also very nice and kind. The only thing that made my whole experience monotonous was that the prices what we got at the end in the bill were different than what was written in menu card. I would have given a tip but i think they already took care of that in the bill so i did not bother to rather i found some extra things in bill and also noticed that i was already paying little more on everything. So i think if they take care of that whole experience will be top. Honesty...

For a "platter" I expected more food. Also for that price. The fries were one of the best I ever had, but the quantity was a bummer. The meat was a bit dry for the both of us. Service is 5, because my friends meat was not cooked all the way and they fixed the old ones + gave a new piece. Ill show what I got and what Im used to get from a "teller". Ursprünglich wollten wir innen sitzen aber aufgrund des Wetters haben wir dann doch draußen gegessen. Die Bedienungen die wir hatten; eine junge nette und zuvorkommende Frau sowie ein älterer zurückhaltender Herr mit trockenem Humor. Als kostenfreie Vorspeise gab es Brot (ohne Dip/Tzatziki) sowie einen leckeren Salat, der nicht in Soße gebadet worden ist. Die Hauptspeise war ein gefülltes Schweinefilet mit Schafskäse und Gemüse, Grillgemüse sowie aufpreispflichtige kretanische Kartoffeln. Das Fleisch war sehr gut gewürzt, das Gemüse schön angebraten und die Kartoffeln typisch griechisch. Überbacken. Aber dezent und die Kartoffelscheiben waren sogar fritiert. Total lecker. Die Portionen sind definitiv zum Sattwerden, allerdings nicht so typisch wie in anderen Restaurants. Eher Klasse statt Masse. Zwischendurch gab es dann erneut kostenfrei 3cl Ouzo. Zu guter Letzt sogar noch eine kleine Nachspeise aufs Haus: griechischer Joghurt mit Honig und einer Orange.
