I went there with my friend twice, the lady working there on monday was very friendly very welcoming and let us stay until the very last minute. We went back because of the good service but on Tuesday we came back and found different stuff. The lady there was very racist towards us because we couldn’t speak german well. My friend asked her to make my coffee Stark ( strong ), she acted like she didn’t understand then kinda yelled at her saying « what does it mean stark it’s the coffee automat that makes the coffee », i let it slide and said it was okay, then we went out in the terrace for 5 minutes and left our stuff on the table, she collected the dishes despite the fact that it’s self service and you are supposed to return the dishes on your own. It was very disrespectful i also let it slide and then we ordered brot. She gave my friend a hard time because she didn’t undesertand which brot she wanted to order. The service overall was bad and made us feel like outsiders, a coffee is supposed to make you feel welcome and make your mood better not ruin it, i’d go back but only on the days the first...

Bei der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen ist es nicht ganz klar, ob sie morgens freiwillig aufstehen oder dazu gezwungen werden. Vielleicht ist die Filiale auch nur ein soziales Projekt von Grimminger für Seniorenbeschäftigung. Sie sind zwar nicht „die letzte Generation“, aber auf jeden Fall die Letzten ihrer Generation. Wenn das Renteneintrittsalter nächstes Jahr nicht angehoben wird, macht die Filiale dicht. Wer die Berge mag, kommt trotzdem voll auf seine Kosten. Die Luft ist dünner als auf der Zugspitze.
