Safari — Restaurant in Heidelberg

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Safari, a Halal cafe in Heidelberg, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! I opted for the Shish Tavuk Wrap, a chicken wrap kebab, and it exceeded all my expectations.

The Shish Tavuk Wrap was an explosion of flavors. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, and what truly set it apart was the delectable sauce. It was an absolute delight – flavorful, rich, and just the right amount of deliciousness. This wrap alone is reason enough to visit Safari!

Aside from the exceptional food, the staff at Safari were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.

أنا مقيمة مطاعم وانا في هايدلبرغ الان وساتحدث عن تجربتي بالمطاعم العربية في البداية حضرت الى مطعم صحارى وكان الجو ممطرا والطاولات بعد المطر مليئة بالماء وطلبت من النادل الحضور لتنظيف الطاولة والمنيو وقال نعم بعد ذلك انتظرت اي احد وهم يقومون بالمشاهده بدون اي تصرف وهذا ازعجني جدا الاهمال في حق العميل ويعطي انطباع سئ عن الخدمة المقدمة بالمطعم لانه بحسب خبرتي في مجال تقييم المطاعم ان النادل من اهم العناصر في تقديم الخدمة بالمطعم وتقييمه بعد ذلك قمت بالذهاب الى مطعم عربي اخر وهو سفاري وقد قامت النادلة ايمان بالترحيب وتجهيز الطاولة من حيث النظافه والترتيب واحضار المنيو بشكل سريع ولطيف واحضار الطبق ساخنا ولذيذ ومكتمل من جميع النواحي واتت مره اخرى تؤكد بلطف عن النواقص وهذا شي مهم جدا واشكرها على ذلك وانصحكم بزيارته لامرين الاول الخدمة المميزة والثاني الطعام الممتاز وهو مثال جيد للمطاعم العربية في هايدلبيرغ وشكرا لإيمان اسعدتيني جدا ♥️

Ich wohne in Restaurants und bin jetzt in Heidelberg, und ich werde über meine Erfahrungen in arabischen Restaurants sprechen. Am Anfang kam ich ins Sahara Restaurant, und es regnete und die Tische waren nach dem Regen voller Wasser. Ich habe den Kellner gebeten, zu kommen, um den Tisch und die Speisekarte abzuräumen, und er hat ja gesagt. Im Recht des Kunden und hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck über den Service im Restaurant, da meiner Erfahrung nach im Bereich der Bewertung von Restaurants der Der Kellner ist eines der wichtigsten Elemente bei der Bereitstellung und Bewertung des Service im Restaurant. Danach ging ich in ein anderes arabisches Restaurant, nämlich Safari. Schnell und nett, und das Gericht wurde heiß, lecker und in jeder Hinsicht vollständig gebracht . Sie kam noch einmal und bestätigte sanft die Mängel, und das ist eine sehr wichtige Sache. Ich danke ihr dafür und rate Ihnen, es aus zwei Gründen zu besuchen. Erstens wegen des hervorragenden Service und zweitens wegen des ausgezeichneten Essens. Es ist gut Beispiel arabischer Restaurants...

Had falafel wrap, nothing special. On top of it their prices are very arbitrary and they are selling stuff not in the menu. I asked for fresh orange juice, they asked 6,50 for it even though it's no where in the menu. The menu prices for orange juice is 2,00 which as per them is not fresh. Found staff behavior odd and strange. All in all not very special food with odd staff and pricing. Two stars for good place and ambience.

On top of it all there was lot of cigarette smoke in front of washrooms, not sure why they allow smoking within the premises or if it was some...
