Asia Noy – Heilbronn – leckeres thailändisches Essen

Ich war vor einigen Tagen in dem kleinen Restaurant und habe mir telefonisch das Gericht Nummer 31 mit Hähnchen (Kao Pad Sapparot) zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Am Telefon wurde ich freundlich empfangen, die Bestellung wurde problemlos aufgenommen und nach etwa 20 Minuten konnte ich sie abholen.

Der erste Eindruck vor Ort war allerdings etwas seltsam: In der Küche war anscheinend etwas angebrannt, sodass sich ein leichter Nebel mit verbranntem Geruch durch das Restaurant zog. Das Ambiente ist insgesamt eher altmodisch, aber sauber und gepflegt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hat mir mein Essen direkt überreicht.

Die Portion war in einer stabilen Plastikbox verpackt, sodass sie noch schön warm und saftig war. Schon beim Probieren auf dem Weg war ich wirklich positiv überrascht: Das Verhältnis zwischen Reis, Gemüse und Fleisch war genau richtig – nie zu viel, nie zu wenig. Das Hähnchen war schön angebraten, innen saftig und geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch das Gemüse hatte noch einen angenehmen Knack und war nicht verkocht. Der Reis war locker, hatte noch etwas Biss und passte perfekt dazu. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch das Spiegelei, das extrem lecker war: Oben schön weich, unten fest angebraten und trotzdem innen noch leicht wachsig – für mich genau auf den Punkt.

Die Portion war zwar nicht riesig, aber für mich absolut ausreichend und hat gut satt gemacht. Alles in allem ein sehr leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und definitiv...

We went there Luckyly because my wife asked the owner if It was open (from the door on the terrace),, cos i didnt think the entrance was in the front, where looks like the bicycle park lot with all the containers... If she doens't ask, i would have thought that the place was close... Besides that, the staff was nice, and the food good, but the krapao, could be much better does not look Thai,... But the lab ,...
