My favorite place to eat when in Kaiserslautern, whether it's an evening meal with friends or an afternoon stop at an outside table for a glass of wine and a bit of antipasti. The staff and family are most accommodating. The restaurant is quaint and small and tends to fill up quickly so a reservation is highly recommended. The menu, while having a few local entrées, is pure Italian and changes daily depending on the availability of locally sourced products. So everything is always fresh. The wine list is good and as expected all Italian. My personal favorite is a full bodied white Sicilian - Diantha Pellegrino. The pasta was also al dente ( which I enjoy) and the sauce was a light but flavorful taste. The Panna Cotta was a great finish to the dishes and completely changed the palate for the better. We have eaten here twice and so far, have not been dissatisfied. Recommended if you want some good Italian in K-town, make a...
Read moreThis is one of the most authentic Italian experiences I’ve ever had. The food is amazing and the staff places a great amount of emphasis on making everything as comfortable as possible. You can easily spend the entire night here!

I had the grilled calamari, and my wife had the mushroom risotto…. both were absolutely delicious and we wished there was more. If you’re visiting Kaiserslautern you have to put this place...
