Okay, it's a Wednesday evening at about 645, and I'm looking for some sushi and spring rolls. The tables outside are mostly full, but inside, only three tables have customers, so I'm thinking, "not too busy. This should be a quick takeaway." To my disappointment, the waiter tells me the wait for my food will be about 30 mins. 😭 But I have a craving, so I pay for my order (they only take cash) and go walk around downtown Ktown while I wait. 30 mins later, I'm back but still waiting. Another 10 mins. Seems there's only one waiter, one chef, and one sushi chef. I guess this is a busy night for so few staff! FINALLY, for what seemed like forever, the waiting was over, and my food arrived. After dropping some wooden chopsticks in my bag, the waiter wished me a good night as I headed out the door. Soooo, was it worth the wait, you ask? HECK YEA, it was worth the wait!! My mango roll, salmon and cream cheese roll, and fried shrimp roll were AWESOME! I think it was the best rice I've tasted for a while. All of the ingredients were delicious. And, of course, the spring rolls were fantastic. Additional sauces for the rolls would be a great addition.

The food was great. I’ll start off with that. We arrived at around 11:30 am and it was completely empty. The menu was huge and there were plenty options. The waiter took our drink order and came back for our food order shortly after. We waited quite a while for our food after our drinks arrived and as the restaurant filled up with other customers, it took longer and longer for our other food items to arrive.
