Update: I became a Regular the Owners are wonderful people and treat everyone so professionally. It's so nice everytime when I go there to pick up food to have a little chit chat, they always ask how I am and little bit how life is going. The food is still delicious everytime i go there. The quality never changed which is just amazing.

I don't have anything to criticise. Been there a few times now and the food slapped everytime. Tried different dishes and all have been just amazing. Wouldn't ever go to a different Indian restaurant again. Service is always on point.

And to the people who said the service was bad or stuff got mixed up. Mistakes happen the difference is how you handle it. Last night we had entrees and mains finished the entrees and the waiter came over to inform us that he was so sorry but he forgot to put our mains through to the kitchen and that's why it took so long. We were so caught up on our conversation we didn't even realise. But the fact that he fully claimed the Mistake as his and apologised is professional. He could have made up a reason why it took so long just to cover up which I can always pick up on. So how could you then be mad. Nobody gonna tell me they didn't make mistakes on their job once. So shush they are doing and absolut amazing job and at least you get properly served. Which you don't really get service like...

Simply not satisfied.. food will be delivered after 2hours and more. It’s been few times we ordered from here only the first time the food and quality was good. After that each and every time the quality sucks . We thought may b we ordered wrong dish and we must try something else but after giving so many shots of try the food was still horrible.. Lamm meat is not at all fresh it’s very much chewy and hard. I also saw many comments about how they treat Indians, I suspect may b it’s coz after they knew we are Indians they didn’t want to send good food. Definitely want to mention about the delivery guy if he is not happy on delivering food I don’t know why he accepts oder, they always have options to cancel. The guy who delivers always just bang the door and doesn’t want to climb the steps. I pay 2€ for delivery so it is supposed to be professional. Delivery service is for the food to deliver at door steps not on the parking or road. I was at home in medical rest and wanted food at the door step. Definitely never again. I would say this is a 3.5 star Indian restaurant.

AMBIANCE 4.5: The ambiance is pleasant and the service very friendly. The menu holds the typical menu items for an Indian restaurant in Karlsruhe, which means that there's sadly nothing original about it.

FOOD 3.5: The food is good tasting, but the flavorful is somewhat germanified. I ordered the lamb tikka, which comes with a Naan and rice included. The taste was good, but I had the feeling it was not made in a real tandoor, rather in a normal grill instead. I cannot verify if this is my own feeling or it is fact. The meat was missing the tandoor smokiness you get from the charcoal and the naan seemed to be flat on one side, which points to backing in an oven. The browning of the bread also led me to believe it was not made in a tandoor oven.

All in all it's a nice place to go, but don't expect anything you wouldn't get from other similar Indian restaurants in the city. You would be wise to call ahead to...
