Overall, the atmosphere is nice, our server was very kind, and the food had potential to be really delicious. However, I was disappointed to receive a burger that was still cold and raw in the middle (m-rare to rare in my opinion). This happens and we were debating sending it back because they were quite close to finishing the evening, but I really couldn't eat it so we asked for it to be cooked further. The woman who we asked (not our server because she wasn't nearby at the moment), then proceeded to argue with us that my burger was pink all the way through and that's medium. We really didn't appreciate this negative response, especially since the second medium burger across the table was perfect and we were happy to keep it. It was probably an honest mistake- maybe they were ready to close the kitchen or just didn't time it right- but then to argue about what I ordered and what I should be okay with eating was really uncomfortable. They did however remake the burger (although this time completely well done and therefore overcooked for my taste), and checked on us afterwards to make sure everything was okay. The pictures show the medium burger that we kept and ate and the replacement burger they brought me. Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the returned burger, but it was completely soft and cold in the middle. That was really disappointing. I'm sure usually our experience would have been great, but this situation was not...

Das Restaurant ist klein und schnuckelig und hat nicht allzu viele Plätze. Dadurch ist es aber auch nicht sonderlich laut. Wenn man im unteren Teil sitzt, kann man durch das riesige Fenster hinaus gucken und es fällt viel Licht ins Innere.

Der Service hat mich bisher immer überzeugt. Egal welche Bedienung an unseren Tisch kam, sie waren stets freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam, so wie man sich das wünscht. Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Die Burger würde ich als mit die besten beschreiben, die man in Kassel bekommen kann. Alles ist knackig und frisch, die Saucen unfassbar lecker und alles in allem immer sehr passend aufeinander abgestimmt. Besonders toll finde ich, dass es einen Tagesburger gibt, der für gewöhnlich nicht auf der Karte steht. Einmal hatte ich einen Burger mit gegrillten Pfirsichen und Brie, von dem träume ich heute noch manchmal. Das Fleisch ist saftig und es wird vorab erfragt, ob man es medium oder durch möchte. Man schmeckt mit jedem Bissen, dass hier die Qualität stimmt. Auch die Pommes sind sehr lecker. Ich persönlich bevorzuge die mit Parmesan und Rosmarin. Eine sehr leckere Kombination, die ich so zuvor noch nie gegessen hatte. Der Coleslaw, den man zum Burger dazubekommt schmeckt ebenfalls super.

Alles in allem also eine echt runde Sache.

Ich kann Nachbar nur wärmstens empfehlen! Würde aber auch aufgrund der Beliebtheit und der knappen Sitzplätze auch direkt raten, sich einen Tisch zu reservieren, besonders am Wochenende! Andernfalls kann man am Tresen essen, was ich allerdings nicht sonderlich mag. Daher wäre mein Vorschlag diesen lieber gegen zwei weitere Tische auszutauschen.

Probably some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The meat is fresh and cooked perfectly, they have a limited range of options but that's probably why it's so good. They do what they're good at and they do it exceedingly well. If you happen to be in kassel, and like a good burger, please dont miss this place. Though the restaurant is small, with limited seating, so book in advance, try a few days in advance. I would not recommend...
