The food is just ok. I have received warm soup and it was noticeably not fresh anymore (the owner of this place would not eat it anymore I believe). Lahmacun was just ok as well. Since they have relatively high prices, the quality of food could be much better. In many other Turkish places in Hamburg or in Köln, you get really good quality Turkish food for this kind of prices. I cannot talk about the taste of the food as I did not get myself to eat it. I ordered a vegan Dürum but once I saw how it was being made, I had to throw it and waste my money instead. They will grill and fry vegan items on a grill/fryer which is already laden with meat and that’s a big no no for me. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone who prefers clean vegan food without contamination. I hope nobody else has to waste...

Erstes mal dort zum mitnehmen bestellt und werde es nie wieder tun. Nachdem meine Bestellung erst nach einer Kundin aufgenommen wurde, die einige Zeit nach mir das Restaurant betreten hatte, sollte ich mich einen kurzen Augenblick setzen.

Anscheind war sehr viel los an dem Tag, da ich bei meiner Bestellung weder Sauce noch Belag wählen konnte/durfte. Für einen Dönerladen meiner Meinung nach ein absolutes No-Go.

Beim anschließenden Essen ist dann aufgefallen, dass die Gurken nach nichts schmecken und allgemein auch viel zu großzügig geschnitten sind. Das hätte man leicht verhindern können, hätte man einfach mal den KUNDEN gefragt.

Und als wäre das noch nicht Alles gewesen, haben wir noch eine Fliege im Döner entdeckt. Auch so etwas geht überhaupt nicht!!!

Von daher kann ich den Laden absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. -Schlechtes Personal, dass nicht aufmerksam ist und denen die Kundenwünsche egal sind. -Schelchtes Essen mit fragwürdiger Hygiene -Preis/Leistung auch nicht gut, wenn man bedenkt, dass es weitaus bessere Läden mit gleichem Angebot in...
