I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mälzer Brau- und Tafelhaus, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located in the charming heart of town, this brewery and restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

I decided to try their house-brewed beer, and it was exceptional. Each sip was a testament to their craftsmanship, with rich, full-bodied flavors that paired perfectly with the meal. Speaking of the meal, I opted for one of their traditional German dishes, and it was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were wonderfully balanced.

The menu is extensive, with a variety of options that cater to all tastes, so I'm definitely planning to return to explore more of their offerings. From hearty meat dishes to vegetarian options, there's something for everyone.

The food was top tier, best piece of meat I’ve had in quite a long time. I also ordered the goulash, which was great too. The beer, of course, doesn’t disappoint, as it’s the place’s main attraction. I came here because of the Google reviews, so I started looking for the place in Lüneburg and, when I found it, it inmediately gave some old rustic german vibes, so you could also say that the ambience was really good, as well as the hygiene mesures of the place.

To sum up, service, ambience and location are great, as well as the homemade beer. But the thing that really impressed me was the meat, that has caused me to wish to come back...

Average braühaus with their own brewed beer. We ordered several entrees and all were average. This place comes midway through our tour of Germany and after trying a new restaurant twice a day for 2 weeks this is on the low side of quality.

The ambience outside was ok. We have a view of bikes and the kids get excited with the occasional horse that passes by.

The service was pleasant with words but their performance was subpar even for German standards.

The Pilsner was good and was the only beer on tap.

As a tourist to other tourist i don't see any point of coming here. Try...
