We ordered a la carte menu here and the food was okay.

However, something that in my opinion could be done better:

waiting time is way too long

I ordered “tempura roll” which should have a crispy shrimp inside. However, it was a bit disappointing that it was not crispy at all. The waiter said it’s due to the rice & sauce which I think shouldn’t be the case. I had this menu so many times in other place and usually it stays crispy. This one is cold and the tempura smells a bit fishy.

we ordered Takoyaki (octopus ball) and got a fried fish ball. I told them in the beginning that’s not what we ordered. However, the lady tried to convince us saying that it’s made out of fish. I insisted that I want octopus and she said that it also has octopus inside. We tried and it was just a normal fried fishball in the end. 😂We ended up paying €4 in our bill - for something that we were not what we order and not up to our taste.

Auf jeden Fall das beste Sushi in Lüneburg! Leider sind alle Sushiläden mehr zu einer Kette geworden und die Sushiqualität hat die letzten Jahre echt hart dort gelitten, aber Masato bietet deutlich frischeres, leckereres Sushi an. Zwar 2 € mehr, aber dafür auch deutlich bessere Qualität. Super ist auch die Anti-Wegwerf-Policy, vor allem, wenn man mal anschaut, was die Leute so bei jedem All-you-can-eat immer wegschmeißen :/ Und das System mit den Tablets ist auch sehr gut, so husten einem nicht Dutzende von ekligen Leuten aufs Essen. Natürlich geht da mal ein Teil unter, so ist das halt bei 30+ Bestellungen auf einmal, aber meine Güte. Dann bestellt man es halt nach. Ist ja jetzt nicht die Welt. Und wenn man irgendwas unbedingt als erstes will, soll man halt warten, bis man es bekommt un dann die nächste Bestellung aufgeben. Ist jetzt auch nicht so schwer, bisschen Kopf anstrengen und dann merkt man auch, dass ne Tofutasche halt schneller geht als ne Suppe. Viele meckern hier einfach wieder auf hohem Niveau. Der Laden ist top! Schade, dass sie so unbekannt sind, da müsste mehr Internetpräsenz her. Toll wäre es, wenn es mehr vegane Auswahl gäbe bei dem Sushi und vegan auch extra deklariert werden könnte in einem Reiter... Tofusushi zum Beispiel wäre super oder eine Alternative mit veganer Ente/veganem Chicken/veganem Fisch, das gibt es noch gar nicht in LG. Oder irgendwas anderes... gebackene Süßkartoffel, Karotte, ... veganes Inside Out fehlt leider auch. Das ist auch der einzige...

Great value all-you-can eat. I ordered it and did not regret it. Sure, the sushi is a far cry from what one could have in Japan, but for Europe it's fairly good. Some rolls were better than others. I recommend the tuna tekka maki and the Alaska roll. They do a good job of involving plenty of fish in these rolls. The nigiri, unfortunately, had too much rice to it.

The warm dishes are quite nice too. I recommend the beef udon and the karrage.
