terrible experience. the food was tasty, but service was awful. it took about 1:30h until we got our food. and the order was mixed up, one dish was missing. And later we were ignored by the servers, i asked for the bill, waited for 20 minutes and asked for the bill again, got an arrogant answer, "i know you told me already" and then again being ignored, while there were not that many people left at the restaurant, servers had time to chat and joke with each other. after waiting for 15 more minutes until i asked another server, and he got me the bill right away. So I don't know if the first server had some personal issues with us or what the problem was. But you should do your job despite you like customer or not. if you can't do your job, maybe you shouldn't work at...

I was in this place today. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service. I ordered a salad with seafood, they brought me only with salmon. I thought it was a seafood salad. and then a seafood salad was brought to the next table. Turns out the waiter was wrong. I understand that everyone can make a mistake and that's normal, but he didn't even apologize, as if it was my fault! I had to eat and pay for a salad that I didn't order and didn't want. Ich kann die ganzen Positiven Kommentare leider nicht nachvollziehen.

Ich war das zweite mal dort beim Essen. Einmal war ich aufgrund einer Hochzeit eingeladen, leider wurde hier schon nicht ausreichend dafür gesorgt daß die Gäste mit Getränken versorgt werden. Gut für die Gastgeber, schlecht für Bewertungen und auch vorallem schlecht fürs Geschäft und unzufriedene Gäste .

Das zweite mal war auch nicht erfreulicher. Ich hatte einen Salat auf den ich mich schon lange gefreut hatte, jedoch hat man sehr stark am Dressing gespart. Ich weiss nicht ob ich vielleicht aussehe wie ein Hase und man denkt ich brauche meinen Salat ohne Dressing. War sehr enttäuschend. Meine Kollegin hatte Tortellini, man konnte hier die Tortellini an einer Hand abzählen, es waren ganze fünf Stück. Also ob da jemand satt wird ist sehr fraglich.

Gemischtes Eis, konnte man sich nicht die Kugeln auswählen. Es gab lediglich nur drei verschiedene Sorten. Gefährlich wenn es hier natürlich jemand gibt der evtl allergisch auf eine bestimmte Sorte ist.

Wir waren sicher 2 Stunden dort und jeder hatte nur ein Getränk, da nie nachgefragt wurde ob man noch etwas trinken möchte. Als Nachtisch bestellten wir auch noch Tiramisu, jedoch fehlte hier der Kaffee, denn auch das schmeckte man absolut nicht raus. Für mich hätte das ganze nichts mit einem Tiramisu zu tun. Latte macchiato, besteht hier aus 99% Milch. Es sah nicht nach Kaffee aus und es schmeckte auch nicht nach einem. Sehr schade.

Da bringt das ganze, essen schön anrichten leider nichts wenn hier der Rest nicht stimmt.

Ich werde dieses Restaurant weder weiter empfehlen noch besuchen gehen. Es gab zwei Versuche und keiner konnte mich hier überzeugen. Sehr schade, der Ort wäre perfekt.
