Yoake Ludwigsburg — Restaurant in Ludwigsburg

I dont recomend tihs restaurant at all. I Was there as a part of cathering from the work. I am not sure how many of us was there but circa 15 people. First day everything was ok exept the fact that 2 guys didnt recieved dishes they ordered. It can happen we understand. But the same thing happened another day and with 4 guys (I was one of them) I politely told the dish I wanted, I even pointed the dish on the menu, waiter ordered it. But still get the wrong one. After politely telling that I ordered different food there wasnt much of a talk with the waiter… and you know what happened? The waiter told me that something like: “you guys never more” I was speecheless. So Yeah. I hope this review helps the restaurant to work on their services. I am very sad to leave this review because I dont like to write bad reviews… but it is what it is. They totaly deserve it. The food was ok but nothing special I will remember. Atmosphere too. The restaurant is new and has a nice, modern atmosphere, the service is nice and friendly. But let's talk about the food. First of all, I found this restaurant in average more expensive that my favorite Asian restaurants in Ludwigsburg, i am willing to pay if I have higher quality and more creativity. We ordered some gyoza that I did not like at all, they were incredibly gelly and the filling with the sauce did not match together for my personal tastes (they are not the traditional roasted gyoza). The pho was ok but the meat was extremely chewy, the noodles were just fine, nothing exceptional. So food was average. One point I did not like at all, was the drink menu, if for one side was full of very expensive cocktails from the other side for the normal drinks the prices were higher than usual (you pay 0.2 l coke as much as you would pay a 0.3 l in whatever other place). Wir sind zum ersten Mal dort essen gegangen. Zunächst mussten wir ewig auf ein Kellner warten. Der Laden war nicht voll aber auch nicht leer. Irgendwann kam er dann und war auch freundlich. Die Stimmung war bisher gut. Aber dann dauerte die Bestellung ewig. Am Ende haben wir ein falsches Gericht erhalten. Es kam weder eine Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Der Kellner ist einfach wegestürmt. Und so mussten wir wieder 35 Minuten auf das Essen warten. Als wir einen anderen Kellner darauf hinweisen, werden die Schulter wieder gezuckt und man würde in der Küche nachfragen. Von wegen! Der Kellner bedienst stattdessen andere Gäste die nach uns kamen. Macht Cocktails und sonst was. Aber geht definitiv nicht in die Küche!!! Das Essen, was nach uns bestellt worden war, wurde zuerst zubereitet und wir warteten über eine Stunde bis wir uns entschieden haben zu gehen. Da wir nach 1:30 h immer noch nicht das bestellte Gericht erhalten haben. Als wir nach der Rechnung fragen und gesagt haben, dass wir keine Gedult mehr haben, kam wieder keine Entschuldigung nichts! Und wieder hat man uns sitzen lassen. Wir mussten fast nach der Rechnung betteln. Schlussendlich mussten wir selbst vorgehen und die Rechnung bezahlen. Ab hier kamen nur ausreden…Das Essen (zumindest was bei uns teilweise ankam hat 34,10€ gekostet. Dann sagt man uns ernsthaft, dass Kartenzahlung erst ab 35€ geht und rundet daher die Rechnung auf. Alter!? Erst Bestellung versemmelt und dann mehr abkassieren. Sind zwar nur 90ct aber es geht ums Prinzip, dass man zahlende Gäste so hängen lässt....
