I was yesterday in this place. It was terrible, stuff speaks very bad english and german. I asked a weiter for a bill in German, but he ignored me, then asked for a bill in english, he also didn’t understand me. In the end I typed the word in my smartphone and showed it another waiter and he understood and got me a bill. In my bill was 10,70 € and 1,70€ tips. I gave the waiter 50€. He returned 34,30€ to me. It looks like I was deceived, but I didn't find out, because there's no point when people don't understand you. The food was also bad. Diese Filiale ist wohl die schlechteste die ich je erleben musste. Besucht am 01.01.2019 gegen 17:30. Die Mitarbeiterin (dunkelbraune lange gelockte Haare, südlandisches aussehen) , die meine Bestellung entgegen nahm war mehr als unmotiviert und unfreundlich noch dazu. Sowas freches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Sie stöhnte sogar offensichtlich bei Teilen meiner Bestellung. Sie fragte nicht ob Ketchup oder Mayo gewünscht ist sondern tippte selbstständig Mayo ein, nachdem ich sagte wir wollen alle Ketchup haben stöhnte sie laut auf und löschte die Mayo, den bestellten Ketchup haben wir dann aber trotzdem nicht dabei gehabt. Statt 2 bestellter Fanta hatten wir nur 1 mickriges Wasser bekommen. Im Happy Meal meiner Tochter war kein Spielzeug und meine Bestellung war gar nicht in der Tüte, meine andere Tochter bekam nur einen statt der 2 bestellten Veggieburger. Bezahlt hatte ich natürlich alles. Hätten wir nicht zum Zug gemusst wäre ich mit Sicherheit zurück gegangen, habe mich dann aber dazu entschieden auf dem Weg zum Gleis an einem anderen Geschäft etwas zu kaufen, damit ich nach 6 stündiger Bahnfahrt wenigstens etwas zu essen bekam.
