Saturday !!!! nightmare evening .... Arrived at the club, immediate welcome. We begin to evaluate the card that is proposed, very detailed and intuitive. The girl arrives for the order and we order ……

1 Hendrick's Orbium gin as described by the card with attached "Tonica Fever Tree ginger beer"

1 Win Gin Klimt Edition Vienna Dry Gin with "Tonica Fever Tree Mediterranean"

Roman Pinza, Bruschetta as per the list: With Rocket, Tomato, Oregano, Olive oil.

After a few seconds from the order, the waitress says that she is sorry but Gin Hendrik's Orbium was not available, at which point I also ordered the Win Gin Klimt Edition Vienna Dry Gin and so far everything was normal.

The ordered Gins arrive but with a completely different tonic which in my opinion was the poorest of the place and I had the same CityGin logo, we ask why that Tonic was brought there, we were replied "this is similar to the one described on the paper ”but in my opinion it had nothing to do with the Tonica Fever Tree Mediterranean, after a while the Bruschetta arrives, but it was stuffed with Rocket, Tomato, Olive Oil, Cheese, Onion and Balsamic Vinegar… ..? At that point we warned that the bruschetta was not the one ordered but something else, but the waitress kept insisting that it was the one we ordered .......

So considerations are up to you. I was expecting another...

Far below average in terms of drinks and service e.g. Gin basil smash was probably the worst I have ever had in my life - zero freshness. No proper recommendations when asking for alternatives in reference to other gins we knew and like (extensive menu but staff that is 0 knowledgeable? Sad.) You will like the decorations if you are that kind of guy who puts LEDs in your living room. Staff not only without competence but also just rude: told us that the boss expects that we either drink more or leave - after on average 2-3 drinks per person within 3 hours. Never experienced something like that before in my life. Not even in the poshest or worst bars around the world. If you like a combination of insta insta, ghetto flair and overpriced drinks - go here and you will be happy. For us as a company,...

Cocktails and the environment are great. Yet, we encountered with a bad situation. I made a reservation for my friends that came to visit me in Munich. They told that the menus are different for inside and outside of the place. We said ok and went inside until 9 pm. While sitting inside, before ordering our drinks we told them to reserve the table outside and made sure that we will keep on hanging out there, they said ok. At 9 pm they told us there is no table available on outside and gave us a table for 4. We were 8. I can understand sometimes its hard to manage crowded customer profile but I would expect a better handling in our case.

Just make sure about everything while making the reservation such as available drinks and food...
