Atzinger Wirtshaus — Restaurant in Munich

I was on this restaurant before and everything went well. Today, with the old waiter it was a disaster, total unprofessional, rude and a disaster. We sit on a table on the biergarten, the waiter does not clean our table, is antipatic and rude. We finaly are able to order, the drinks take 30 min to arrive, and the food after One hour we talk with the waiter asking if the food Will take longer to arrive, as we have a flight to catch. Once again he was rude, another waiter came, we explained our situation again and he said he would do everything possible for the food to arrive on 10 min more. After 15 minutes, the rude, unprofessional, racist and old waiter came to our table and Said that the good Will not arrive. And after that waste of time and life, our table was still dirty and with old plates... Total waste of time and the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff I Saw on my life. Please, avoid this restaurant at...

Treated quite rudely by our waiter. We had finished eating (which the food was quite good) and tried to get our waiter's attention for half an hour before finally deciding to go in to ask for the cheque. Once inside, he seemed to be quite appalled that we came inside to pay and was extremely rude that I didn't have change in my pocket so he didn't have to make it himself... Sorry? The food was good and maybe just this one waiter was having a bad shift as it was quite busy. Still have yet to return however.. Edited: I returned and the staff was the same... Still great food but extremely...

Wir waren zweimal in diesem Restaurant, einmal gegen 14 Uhr und einmal gegen 12 Uhr. Location/ Atmosphäre: Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und urig eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Gruppentische. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist, wird es auch recht laut, aber so ist die Atmosphäre in einem bayrischen Bierhaus nun mal. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag sollte in dem kleineren Raum am Eingang sitzen, wer es sehr gesellig mag sollte im hinteren Raum sitzen. Service: Der Service ist sehr gut. Eine Bedienung ist schnell erschienen und war bei beiden Besuchen äußerst nett. Die Bestellung ist schnell aufgegeben und die Küche ist überraschend schnell. Wir waren schon bei vollem Haus dort essen und trotzdem hatte jeder sein Essen nach ca. 10-15 Minuten. Die Kellner/innen verlieren trotz großem Trubel nie den Überblick. Essen: Es gibt eine Vielzahl typisch bayrischer Speisen. Wir haben das Wiener Schnitzel ausprobiert und den Kaiserschmarrn. Vom Schnitzel haben wir kleinere Portionen bekommen nachdem uns die Kellnerin selbst darauf hingewiesen hat dass die Portionen sehr groß sind und man eine kleinere Portion machen könnte. Das fanden wir sehr nett und nahmen das Angebot an. Die Portion hatte dann auch genau die richtige Größe und schmeckte sehr gut. Der Preisnachlass war überraschender Weise sogar über die Hälfte des Ursprungspreises. Kleinere Portionen scheinen bei einigen Gerichten möglich zu sein. Den Kaiserschmarrn haben wir uns geteilt, weil auch diese Portion riesig ist! (da gab es keine halbe Portion) Es war köstlich!

Das Atzinger ist ein sehr gutes Lokal und ich würde es sogar den älteren traditionellen...
