TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don´t go here if you don´t want to ruin your night. We had our Christmas dinner from work at Benko, and at least half of the coworkers came out of the place with complains. The waiter, which I heard is the owner of the place, acted really rude and unprofessionally, constantly doing inappropriate jokes. My personal experience was that I order the vegetarian dish, since I´m allergic to shrimps (badly I could die if I eat one) and when the entrance dish arrived at the table they mixed the vegetarian and the meat products, which also had shrimps in it. I told the waiter that I´m allergic to them, and I really had to take a deep breath to not react to what the waiter did next. First he tap me strong on the back, and said that I should just eat it! When I refused because I could literally die, he picked up with my fork a big peace of cheese from the dish and throw it to another coworker and said "then you eat it". I told him again I couldn´t eat it, and he said...yeah yeah I have 3 daughters I know how it is. I had to wait another 10min until they could bring me some vegetables which I could actually eat. The food came at different times, and he said that we should start eating, and if there is any complains he will throw us from the restaurant. NOT FUNNY AND NOT NICE. I give this place 1 star because I can´t...

We were served a delicious bread with olive oil upon arrival. There is no fixed menu as it changes on a daily basis and is cooked fresh. In general, there is a selection of 2-3 starters and 3 main dishes. The main dishes include a vegetarian, fish and meat option - something for everyone.
The mixed starter was delicious and rich in choice: perfectly cooked prawns, fresh burrata, tuna tataki, a fluffy pea frittata, olives, couscous, etc. The main of perfectly cooked salmon on a bed of roasted baby potatoes and vegetables was scrumptious. The cooking is great and the quality of ingredients used is high.
A main attraction is the outgoing and engaging host. He is loud, opinionated and his humor can split the crowd: either you find him entertaining, or you think his jokes are inappropriate and rude. I would tend to the latter, which is the only reason for the star deduction. A bit too much personality and used in a heavy handed manner that was not always very considered or kind.
Bear in mind, that this restaurant only accepts cash and that the prices are on...

Place Is located a bit away from the city center, like 2 metro stops. There is a cute dinning room and a terrace. The neighborhood is quiet.
Service The guy serving is extremely nice and helpful he gave us an introduction to the menu and recommended what to eat. He speaks english, french, Spanish and of course German. He is running the whole show. Sometimes the service is slow because of that, he runs out of bandwidth.
Food We were quickly welcomed with some bread and olive oil. That bread with sunflower seeds was yummy. Bread is always a winner! We had burrata and some fish croquettes for starters. Burratta was fresh and so the salad. The croquettes came with some garlic sauce and salad. It was also nice but a bit cold to our taste. The mains were ribeye steak and tuna steak. both cooked to perfection. Juicy, tender, tasty, beautiful. Dessert was a chocolate cake. Soft and not so sweet, good.
This is a recommended place for dinner with quality food, good wine and lovely service. Danke...
