Black Bean — Restaurant in Munich

First I'd like to state that I lived in 6 countries on 3 different continents and visited hundreds of coffee places, as I truly enjoy the atmosphere of a good coffee in a friendly setting. So the experience today came to me as a big shocker and I'd like to share with fellow coffee lovers.

The place owner who was also serving coffee was extremely unpleasant and negative about everything. He seemed like one of those novel characters who hate their job, the life, the world. When he realized that I don't necessarily agree with his perception of things, he refused to serve me. I've never experienced such bad (and insulting) customer treatment and would highly recommend to skip this place as there are many other friendly coffee...

0 star. Not the first time they are really bad with customer, really bad speech and treating you like you are bothering them. The girl was sometime ago it’s almost sleepy or ready. Terrible bad customer service, in town. Not nice coffee at all, so this place have nothing special. Better be away. No card accepted only cash (weird) There is music in the place many in person meetings, loud talking business-mans… but He claim to me (woman) cause I was assisting in a really loud volume a meeting. Really loud place with the in person people. He was speaking English at the begging, and when he wanted to be not polite he switch to the most not gentle way to speak in German.

The slowest coffee shop in Munich. I waited 20 mins to get a coffee even though there was only one person in front of me. Two people behind the counter and one of them was watching the other. Three people left in the time I waited my coffee to be made.

The coffee was average and the butter brezn was so little butter in it, I couldn’t taste the butter :-) Not a place I would...
