Decent Indian restaurant with good decor and what seems (and most likely is)a family run establishment. Good food and much of the menu had enough English for someone like me to survive.....the evening I ate there on spec it was busy and it was midweek, a good sign. Staff friendly and a lady that I took to be the Mother was extremely polite and welcoming. Menu is quite extensive and my choice of samosas’ followed by Chicken Jalfrezi was a terrific meal on a cold December evening. Along with two small beers my bill came to circa €26, very reasonable. Worth a small walk and sightseeing seeing tour from the local hotels of The Courtyard and Motel One. Enjoy..Finally a good clean establishment can often be judged by the toilets, large, clean and in good condition not everyone’s focus on an evening out but important in my book.

We tried indian veg thali and non veg thali. The food was not good from india standard, probably any standard and very costly. They charged 6 euro for a bottle of water. There was a party going on so it was quite noisy. The restaurant was empty except the party in the other room. I am giving 1 star for service also only because when I enquired about the price of water the service guy causally said it would be 5,90 or so not sure. As if 5,90 euro is nothing for a bottle of water. You selling a hardly 1.5 euro water bottle for 6 and you don't bother tell the price before hand. Overall the experience was very bad, below average taste for a high price. I would not recommend anyone.

Wow what a treat. I ordered a variety of dishes tonight as take out. The food was amazing, the spices, flavours and the quality of lamb, chicken and vegetables was amazing. The lamb and chicken was melt in your mouth. Everything was delicious but our favourite was the Lamb Botti. It was sensational. Probably the best Indian cuisine I've had in Germany. Service was also very good, the guy who delivered arrived 10 mins early and was very nice. Everything perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Delhi Palace Restaurant, Munich , and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire visit.

Let me start by praising the incredible food at Delhi Palace Restaurant. As an avid lover of Indian cuisine, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that can deliver authentic flavors and a diverse menu. Well, this restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The dishes were prepared with utmost care and precision, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of India. Each bite was a burst of delightful spices, perfectly balanced to create a symphony of tastes. From the fragrant basmati rice to the buttery naan bread and the aromatic curries, every dish was an absolute delight.

The menu at Delhi Palace Restaurant offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. Whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, or a meat lover, you will find plenty of choices to satisfy your cravings. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes, as they truly highlight the chef's expertise and creativity.

The ambiance of Delhi Palace Restaurant is another aspect worth mentioning. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, creating an inviting and elegant atmosphere. Whether you're visiting for a romantic dinner, a family celebration, or a casual lunch, the ambiance perfectly complements the dining experience, adding to the overall enjoyment.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Delhi Palace Restaurant to all Indian food enthusiasts and anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. The combination of outstanding service, incredible food, and a charming ambiance make this restaurant a true gem. I will definitely be returning to indulge in their delectable dishes and create more...

These are what we tourists call "Highway Robbers". Let me explain. We visited the restaurant and ordered three mains - Chicken Karahi, Palak Paneer and Butter Chicken, water and naan/roti. The bill was 97 Euros. No appetizers, no desserts. We thought it's expensive but nice taste. The next day we asked them to prepare us an Omelette for 10 eggs plus one main of Chicken Karahi and usual naan/roti and water, and 6 pieces of pea sized ghulab jamans which were like half a bite. The bill was 135 Euros - and no receipts, to be paid in cash as the omelettes were off the menu. I leave it to you to judge, but unless the eggs are a 100 euros a dozen in Munich, we felt this was a rip off. They knew we were tourists and were not going to visit again so they charged whatever they wanted to.

As comparison - at Taj Restaurant in Messestad we had three mains, 2 chicken which came with two large portions of rice, multiple naan and roti bill was 50 Euros.

At Contidiano in Gartnerplatz we had breakfast - three plates of bread topped with smoked Salmon and two fried eggs each, two Belgian waffles, one pancake tower with fruits, 6 drinks and the bill was 91 Euros.

We were robbed!... €135 for one main dish, 4 portions eggs omelette, 3 water bottles, hopeless dessert (gulab jaman) and 6 naans. The most expensive food we ate in Munich. We searched on Google looking for halal food and this place came up. We were staying nearby so thought to give it a try. We ordered 4 main dishes and paid 95 €, we wanted to pay by card but the lady said " oh sorry but please pay in cash as I have entered cash payment in our system and I would have to make a change so better pay in cash". We said okay and paid in cash but she didn't give us receipt. The food tasted good though so after a couple of days we went again and this time they literally robbed us. A massive 135€ for 1 main dish and 4 portions of vegetable omelette. She again asked us to pay in cash, we paid but again no receipt. By not providing their customer with receipts, they are simply evading taxes which is extremely unethical. Beware, don't be fooled by some hundred dishes on the menu book (yes book) that even 5 star hotel restaurants can't possibly offer as many dishes😅 and please insist on...
