Isar Kebaphaus — Restaurant in Munich

I’m an American and didn’t have any cash on me to pay but the owner was kind enough to give me a kebap sandwich for free. He could probably see I was both hungry and disappointed at not being able to try his tasty food. This was very kind of him. And the food did not disappoint me. And it won’t disappoint you! Give it a try. Thank you Isar Kebaphaus!

Just a follow-up. I went back when I had cash on hand for a second meal. Once again, a great meal! And for the record, pay for your meal and support small businesses! Don’t go in expecting a free meal. :) pay...

Mein Mann bestand darauf, diesen Dönerladen mal auszutesten, und ich muss sagen, er hatte echt voll Recht. Mein hatte ein Lachmatschun, wobei es ein Bisschen abgeändert war, da es eingerollt sowie mit Dönerfleisch anstatt mit Hackfleisch war. Es hat ihm sehr geschmeckt, wobei er der Ansicht war, dass das Dönerfleisch hätte würziger sein dürfen. Ich hatte ein normales Döner Sandwich, „ohne Scharf“ wie man in den Dönerläden so schön sagt, wobei es doch ein Wenig scharf war aber nicht viel. Ansonsten hat es echt gepasst. Die Dönerbrötchen sind noch selbst gebacken... ergibt sich ja voll wenn der Stadler (vermutlich als Vorbild???) gleich daneben ist... Mich hat ein Bisschen gestört, dass derjenige, der mich bediente, ein Bisschen schlecht Deutsch könnte — ist aber bloß meine Ansicht. Fazit: Die Waren sind echt für die Region unschlagbar, zumindest was die Brötchen anbelangt. Vielleicht könnte man ggf. am Dönerfleisch und an den Deutschkenntnissen noch ein Kleinwenig feilen, dann gibts auch von mit...
