Familienbäckerei Kistenpfennig — Restaurant in Munich

I wanted to have breakfast at the kistenpfenning cafe today for breakfast . I had a cinnamon bun with a hot chocolate, the food was delicious but my only complaint is that the I needed to wait very long for my order although there were 3 staff members behind the counter and as I waited for my hot chocolate the two ladies in front of me who where doing the hot beverages were just chit chatting in a different language wich I could understand and as I heard one of the staff members was sick In the coffee shop I was disgusted and not only that I saw that the one lady was scratching the other lady’s back without hesitation facing teh costumers 🤮 . I came to this place with my family and we are in total of six and we had our table and everything was going well my parents went to order while I was sitting waiting in the table until this female worker named milly I believe with green shorts and black glasses is so disrespectful she took a chair and said nothing? and gave it to another costumer is this how u treat ur customers? Service is trash I do not recommend you to come to this place worst experience with this one specific staff others in the cashier I'm pretty sure you can find a better cafe with better service...

Just tried out this newly opened branch bakery. Had a butter pretzel. Tasted like cardboard with butter. Worst pretzel I have ever eaten.

The predecessor was WAY BETTER.

Interior tables look nice and wooden but are, on closer inspection, entirely made out of plastic. Maybe that is allegorical for the bakery as a whole. I also object to its calling itself "Family Bakery" when it is in fact a bakery chain!
