Forza Napoli — Restaurant in Munich

General feel was squashed and out of practice due to only 3 tiny tables. Upon our call we were told to wait 50 min however as we arrived many others of our nature were told to wait 15. Perhaps this is due to the fact that we called them over telephone so they could not see our intimidating looks. Moreover they seemed unable to comprehend a 4 letter name although it is rather common, which was severely disappointing. After our excrutiatingly long wait, we arrived to find out a fellow colleague lives just above the restaurant which intimidates us as we are not used to seeing people from the work space knawing at our personal life. Generally a lot of staff, so why 50 min? Pizza was rather good although the crist was disappointingly uneven. A fellow duck seemed to appreciate our pizza more than us as the crust was simply too thick and clogged my throat. In all honestly if we had eaten the pizza warm it would have been more enjoyable so that is on us. Slightly too salty and basilicum simply repelent. Couldve used more pepper for flavour. Appreciated the hint of olive oil however would have liked to know if it was virgin or not. The crust was indigestible for the duck, making it fly off in the opposite direction. On a further note, do ducks sink upon death? Or simply float like a bath bomb, slowly disintegrating, becoming one with the water?

Location was unfindably and had to limp over Distance from max wever platz unnecessarily large, what am i supposed to take the yram? BTW the tram station has been moved so you must now walk to ostbahnhof.

To conclude, generally enjoyed the pizza however gave us a tingly texture, similar to beeing shot by a bazooka- but in my mouth, not my chest. I sincerely hope you did not add amy truffle as there was a strange aftertaste and it was truffly. Thank you for this strange choice amd arrangement of flavours. PS: insufficient cheese...

Top pizza, 5-star! Probably one of the best pizzas in Munich.

Bad service, really bad. Ordered 3 times, every time there was an issue. Always had to wait much longer than promised, doesnt matter if ordering over the phone or online. Not even a word like "sorry". When I ordered online I got a confirmation email to pickup the pizza 18:45. I was there punctually 18:45 and they didnt even started to make my pizza. When I questioned they said it was wrong pick up time in the system and I should have called. I said "I tried to call, nobody picks up the phone. You mean I shall not trust on the pickup time from the confirmation mail?" They replied that I can trust... really confusing. Previously I managed to order via phone couple of times and always had to wait much longer than promised and staff not friendly. I keep coming back just because its a good pizza but if good service is important for you, this might not be the right...

This pizza is delicious (honestly, I wasn't expecting this as we chose based on who delivered...but it was sooooooo good with delicious fluffy Naples style crust) and they understand customer service like NO WHERE else I've experienced in my 2.5 years in Munich. The pizza was to be delivered and it was very late. When the pizza arrived, the delivery guy was super apologetic, had packed an extra pizza and drinks for us. Special thoughtful touch, I had told them it was my birthday when I called a bit irritated to check on where the pizzas were, and they had written Happy Birthday on my pizza box and added a little bottle of Prosecco. We will DEFINITELY order from Forza...
