Forty Four Burger & Bar — Restaurant in Munich

On the day of writing this review, Fourty Four has a 4.9 star average with well over 300 reviews. For me, that says it all. And now for my own personal review. This burger place is in my top five in Germany (and that is saying a lot, check out my other Burger reviews) The Brioche buns are out of this world, the beef was juicy (medium-welldone to perfection) and very flavorful. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, while remaining soft on the inside. The Mittagsmenü is fantastic for the price. The waitress was very friendly, as well. I highly recommend this place! The burgers here definitely live up to the hype! We really enjoyed them—the beef itself is incredibly flavorful, and everything was well-prepared. 🍔

Pricing is reasonable and in line with similar restaurants. It’s usually quite crowded, but we had a table reservation, so that wasn’t an issue.

The cheesecake 🍰 was a surprisingly spectacular and way better than expected.

Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were a bit on the burned side, so next time, I’ll probably go for the regular fries 🍟 instead.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back to try other burgers...

One of the best burgers I have had in a long time and very reasonably priced. From the US, and a week into our visit, after enjoying so many local dishes, we just wanted something a little familiar. Little did we know that we were stumbling upon one of the top burger joints we've ever encountered. Our group ordered the Smash Papi, the Chipotle, the Bryant and a salad. All were tremendous, and the burgers were better than any of us can remember back home. And if the food wasn't enough, the staff and service were very warm, friendly and welcoming.
