It’s not my first time to this store and I liked it before. I’m suffering from mental illness and I felt very bad today, so I wanted to buy coffee from this shop, because I believed their coffee can make me better. However, what happened today made me feel much worse. When I ordered, I told the girl I will wait outside, because there were full of people in the shop, I don’t want to trouble others. Then I waited for a very long time in the zero degree cold weather. Finally I went into the store and asked, and the girl said my coffee had been sitting on the side for a long time, so I asked her why she didn't call me, because while I was queuing, I saw a staff go out to call other customer. At this time, another male staff said that they usually ask customers to wait by the side. I felt a little bit angry, because when I told the girl that I will wait outside, she should have said not to wait outside, but to wait by the side. I said what I thought, but they didn't apologize, they just said that they will make a new coffee for me and now I should know to wait by the side next time. If you are looking for a cozy coffee shop, with a nice and relaxed atmosphere, where you can sip a fine coffee with your friend or date and take a pleasant morning or afternoon break... go somewhere else. The coffee is decent, but the service is subpar at best. No greeting, you don't get seated (although I wasn't expecting it), they rush you into ordering and don't even pay enough attention to what you say. They spilled my flat latte, completely spoiling the top (okay, it's just for the looks, but that's part of the experience) and only replaced the plate, quickly cleaning the bottom of the cup with a tissue, and didn't even replace the teaspoon (had to ask for it, maybe I was supposed to stir it with my finger...). You get treated better at Starbucks (and that says it all). It's pretty small, with just a few proper tables. People sitting in the windows have to use small stools as tables (questionable design choice), far from my idea of comfort. In general way too small and loud to be pleasant.
