Nestled in the heart of the city, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a coffee shop that has left me absolutely enchanted. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that exuded a sense of coziness and tranquility.
The first thing that caught my attention was the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee that permeated the air. I quickly made my way to the counter and ordered their signature cold brew. And oh my, what a revelation it was! Served over ice, this divine elixir was smooth, refreshing, and boasted a bold, rich flavor that awakened my taste buds. It was the perfect balance of strength and smoothness, leaving me craving for more with each sip.
Now, let me tell you about their brownies – a true masterpiece in the world of desserts. Soft, fudgy, and decadent, these brownies were an absolute delight. As I bit into one, I was greeted by a heavenly explosion of flavors. The chocolatey goodness melted in my mouth, leaving behind a hint of sweetness that was pure bliss. The brownies were expertly baked, maintaining a perfect balance between a crispy outer layer and a moist, melt-in-your-mouth center. Paired with my cold brew, it was a match made in coffee shop heaven!
The attention to detail at this coffee shop is commendable. The baristas were not only passionate about their craft but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the origins of their coffee beans and even offered suggestions based on my preferences.
The ambiance of the coffee shop was equally enchanting. Soft jazz music played in the background, creating a soothing atmosphere that allowed me to unwind and enjoy my cup of coffee to the fullest. The cozy seating arrangements and tasteful decor added an extra touch of charm to the overall experience.
In conclusion, if you’re searching for a coffee shop that offers an exceptional brew and indulgent treats, look no further. This hidden gem combines the art of making great coffee with a cozy atmosphere and top-notch service. Treat yourself to their delectable brownies and savor the rich flavors of their cold brew – you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return to this haven of...
Read moreIt’s not my first time to this store and I liked it before. I’m suffering from mental illness and I felt very bad today, so I wanted to buy coffee from this shop, because I believed their coffee can make me better. However, what happened today made me feel much worse. When I ordered, I told the girl I will wait outside, because there were full of people in the shop, I don’t want to trouble others. Then I waited for a very long time in the zero degree cold weather. Finally I went into the store and asked, and the girl said my coffee had been sitting on the side for a long time, so I asked her why she didn't call me, because while I was queuing, I saw a staff go out to call other customer. At this time, another male staff said that they usually ask customers to wait by the side. I felt a little bit angry, because when I told the girl that I will wait outside, she should have said not to wait outside, but to wait by the side. I said what I thought, but they didn't apologize, they just said that they will make a new coffee for me and now I should know to wait by the side next time. I don't think the problem is about next time, but that she should tell me not to wait outside when I said “I will wait outside” to her. I didn't do anything wrong, but now it seems like I caused all the problems by myself. I felt very wronged. I liked this store before and chose to drink their coffee to relieve my depressed mood, so I am even more...
Read moreIf you are looking for a cozy coffee shop, with a nice and relaxed atmosphere, where you can sip a fine coffee with your friend or date and take a pleasant morning or afternoon break... go somewhere else. The coffee is decent, but the service is subpar at best. No greeting, you don't get seated (although I wasn't expecting it), they rush you into ordering and don't even pay enough attention to what you say. They spilled my flat latte, completely spoiling the top (okay, it's just for the looks, but that's part of the experience) and only replaced the plate, quickly cleaning the bottom of the cup with a tissue, and didn't even replace the teaspoon (had to ask for it, maybe I was supposed to stir it with my finger...). You get treated better at Starbucks (and that says it all). It's pretty small, with just a few proper tables. People sitting in the windows have to use small stools as tables (questionable design choice), far from my idea of comfort. In general way too small and loud to be pleasant. It gets two stars because the coffee in the end was good (with a quite strong sour note to my taste, but I can appreciate the high quality), otherwise it would get one at best. It was my first time there, and...
